First number which i have received one of the landline number was not exist mobile call nobody answered. Room number 301 was not good hence i have to stay in 103 with my friends however next day staff change it to 108. Buffet was not there for breakfast and i was told its a la carte when i order my meal i came to know i need to pay extra amount for that but after a debate hotel didn't charge for it. Staff was friendly and helpful. No towels were available at pool side. They also need to work on pool clean-ling opening a filter is not enough because it's in open area. Best part is staff is always there to help you.

The room doesn't have any bathroom amenities, no paper roll or soap, had to ask for everything. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom for ventilation. In the morning there was no buffet as included in the booking. On asking they gave us dried poha and aloo puri. The plates were dirty and we waited for another hour for the food to come. It's very disappointing.
