Location wise, excellent, as the property was easy to find through maps. Staff was helpful and polite. Rooms were also neat and clean. Bathroom was big and clean too. But, they should at-least have basic toiletries in the bathroom such as handwash, hand dryer.

It was a good stay overall. They have amazing wall paintings everywhere. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful.

It's a really good place for solo travellers. Made some friends for a lifetime. The staff was very supportive. Love the atmosphere and highly recommend it.

Faced water issues, water here is brownish colour. I have booked private room. Room was completely unhygienic and dusty. Hostel is very dead. Poor lighting and zostel is right opposite to it please book zostel. The manager of this hostel is found always in zostel and there is absolutely no one on desk to guide you, anytime you go. Even the manager of madpackers promotes zostel as zostel has cafe and live music at night. Madpackers is just waste of money.

Hey, there is no water supply during our stay they even had a tanker for water but even after filling the tank the water was not coming i don't think they are focusing on customer service
