The location is so COOL! And breakfast spread is wonderful!! No wonder it was so pack after 8 am. Wish they have bigger pool and playground. Rooms need refurbishment/upgrade though

THIS IS OUR FAVOURITE HOTEL TO STAY WHENEVER WE HAVE A COURT CASE IN THE PALACE OF JUSTICE. CLEAN ROOM, COMFY BED WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEW LF THE LAKE. AMPLE FREE PARKING AT THE BASEMENT. JUST A 7 MINUTES WALK TO THE PALACE OF JUSTICE OR PERBADANAN PUTRAJAYA. A FOOD TRUCK HOTSPOT IS ANOTHER ADVANTAGE OF STAYING HERE. A CONVENIENT STORE AND A SUPERMARKET ARE JUST AT THE CORNER. FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS STAFF. WE ENJOYED OUR BREAKFAST AND DINNER AT THE COFFEEHOUSE.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I rate this hotel 2/10… memang too much for me 💀 So i ada meeting dekat Kementerian Perumaha Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT), and not gonna lie memang dekat, around 4–5 minutes je naik grab dari hotel. BUT… seriously hotel ni sangat tak best langsung 😭 So my sister yang book, dia tak perasan bilik yang dia ambil tu tak ada tingkap. Nak cancel memang tak boleh dah. Sampai je kat kaunter check-in, ada offer upgrade bilik ada tingkap tambah RM30, so kitorang pun decide nak upgrade la. Tapi receptionist (this one Indian staff, not to be ****** okay) dia insist suruh upgrade yang RM100, siap balcony. Girl… buat apa i nak balcony 😭 i datang sini sebab meeting je sehari, kakak i ikut pun sebab nak jalan-jalan je. Kitorang cuma nak bilik ada tingkap sebab tak logik duduk dalam bilik tak tahu siang malam. End up upgrade jugak bilik ada tingkap, tapi masa nak bayar tiba-tiba jadi RM50 pulak 💀 jauh beza dengan harga online. Tapi redha je la sebab memang salah sendiri book awal-awal. Masuk je area bilik, sebelah bilik i ada pinggan mangkuk + sisa makanan + sampah yang entah dari bila tak angkat 🤢 kitorang ingat housekeeping nanti ambil la, so masuk je bilik dulu. AND YES, bilik ada tingkap… tapi view dia 😭 terus nampak dinding bangunan sebelah, memang celah-celah je. Masa tu memang istighfar je sebab geram gila, buat apa ada tingkap kalau view macam tu. I call reception tanya elok-elok, semua bilik upgrade memang dapat view macam ni ke, and she said yes… lepastu dia ulang lagi “sebab tu saya suruh upgrade yang balcony RM100” 😭 memang ulang banyak kali dekat call + masa check-in. Memang rasa nak marah tapi penat sangat dah travel dari KB ke KL. So redha je la. Keluar pergi IOI City Mall Putrajaya, balik malam… pinggan mangkuk tu STILL dekat situ 😭 esok pagi pergi meeting pun ada lagi, balik pukul 11 pun tak angkat-angkat. Memang geli weh, siap ada sisa makanan dah kering. Lagi satu, amenities pun bagi untuk satu orang je 😭 berus gigi dengan ubat gigi set satu je sedangkan dah state clearly bilik tu untuk 2 orang. Basic benda macam ni pun tak alert. Breakfast pun… sangat tak sedap 😭 but okay la, memang tak expect apa sangat dah dari hotel ni. Honestly kalau korang ada meeting area KPKT atau Putrajaya, better book The Zenith Hotel Putrajaya. Serious jauh lagi best, breakfast sedap, service tiptop, harga pun lebih kurang je.

Stayed at Dorsett Putrajaya and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall. Upon check-in, the first room had a strong unpleasant odour coming from the toilet area, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. We requested a room change, which the hotel did accommodate. However, in the second room, we discovered that the tap water from the bathroom faucet was yellow in colour when we went to brush our teeth at around 11PM. To make matters worse, the bed sheets also had visible stains, which was unhygienic and unpleasant. Given the late hour, we were too tired to request yet another room change and had no choice but to stay. On a positive note, the reception staff were helpful and responsive throughout our stay — that was genuinely appreciated. That said, the hotel itself feels dated and aging, and the hygiene standards appear to need significant improvement. The room conditions, water quality, and linen cleanliness raised genuine hygiene concerns that should not be acceptable at this level. We hope the management will take steps to improve the property's upkeep and hygiene, as it has the potential to be a much better experience for future guests.

Good location and near to iron mosque. Loved tge foodtruck acroos the road. So convenient.
