We are no kiters but booked this place for one night on our Sri lanka tour. This place is absolute beautiful and the staff is superfriendly. The manager takes care of you the best way. He even granted us to stay at the owners villa since since we was on our honeywoon for no extra cost. We where the only guests this day but even so the bar, pool and restaurant was open for us. We will highly recomend this place.

We were very disappointed at our recent stay at this hotel and do not recommend this to anyone. Years back this was one of our favorite places of visit. Hotel situated at an lovely location and built in to a lovely concept however now the place is totally mismanaged. Staff is rude and unprofessional. No hygiene in rooms and restaurant. Service is horrible. Food is not value for money. We actually had to check out prior to scheduled date due to these. Roshini and Chamath

Second time I went to SriLanka and second time to Kitelantis. I started my holiday overthere for 5 days to get rid of the jetlag. Then I made a trip trough the country...10 different hotels...and ended back in Kitelantis for 3 days. And this hotel is fareout the best. Relax, sober with confort and beautiful. And ofcourse the manager Jesse with his team.

I'll start in you have to go there! The stuff are super nice, there is an amazing pool, room great with AC and we had such an amazing time!! We arrived for a week and stayed for a week and a half because we enjoyed ourselves, we received personal attention, the Kite stuff was also excellent

An incredibly stylish and beautiful hotel. I was looking for a calm place and this was a perfect match. However, you can socialize if you want. Jessie, the manager, is doing his job with a strong sense of responsibility, Ansalees and other employees are highly professional and kind. Hotel boat can take you to the beach. The place is very popular for kitesurfers and the beach was very windy during my stay, but you can relax perfectly at the hotel pool. The atmosphere there is idyllic. Food was really tasty.

A little piece of paradise on earth! The team is always ready to assist you and also organizes fantastic outings like a boat trip or an excursion to the mangroves. Nothing is too crazy for them! They'll even take you by boat to the other side of the lagoon, where you can enjoy the Wilpattu safari.

We stayed three nights at this resort, ideally located along the lagoon (the beach where you can swim is accessible by boat). We really appreciated the kindness and attention of the entire team, the sea-facing villa with its large bedrooms and outdoor bathroom, the generous and delicious breakfast, the swimming pool by the lagoon and the beautiful and large well-maintained garden. We used the resort's canoes (equipment not perfect) to ride on the lagoon and rented bicycles. Everyone is very attentive to ensure that everything goes as well as possible for you.

Hotel located far from everything, accessed by a bumpy path through the garbage. Catastrophic value for money. Avoid...that's what we did, leaving 5 minutes after our arrival. Which didn't stop them from charging us for the room.
