Its nice place to stay in kalpitiya area.. its well maintained.. nicely arranged.. and delicious meals.. especially the whole staff is much supportive.. they works likes a family making us most comfortable.. fluent in also english as much as sinhala.. Every room has a balcony with lagoon view and also restaurant is facing to lagoon.. swimming fool is situated obtaining lagoon view.. the management is much flexible on customer requests.. can highly recommended for stay in calmly and quite enjoying superb facilities ...

Arrya is lovely place to stay with family and friends.the unique .place and setting inside a large estate was so pleasing . The room super well appointed with scented bedding and bath ware extended to wooden deck balcony with a breath taking view of the lagoon. the evening sunset with the lagoon wawes lapping sound was so soothing and the far away lights is mistique setting . The Manager Michael was so so good attended personally to all our needs on food and service .food was something beyond taste and very well garnished and presented .we all enjoyed eating .food served with good quantity. his staff was very helpful and attending .....they made us feel homely . Believe the sunrise was even better sight .you'll never see anywhere else. You must visit . Gehan and family .

Very beautiful place. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Micha and Anthony was very friendly and kept everyone entertained. Loved the food and would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Lovely place to stay in Mampuri/Kalpitiya facing Puttalam Lagoon, Nice architecture, Good supportive staff, Tasty foods, Ideal place to relax and enjoy Need to do few renovations to make it really excellent though
