Tuvimos una muy grata estadía en el hotel. La verdad es que íbamos pensando en encontrar un lugar donde disfrutar de la naturaleza y de piscinas de agua caliente, y nos encontramos con mucho más. El hotel tiene muchas actividades tanto para niños como para adultos y está súper bien adaptado para días fríos y lluviosos. La calefacción excelente y el personal muy amable y atento. Volveremos de todas formas.

Solo agradecimientos al equipo y felicitaciones por la infraestructura y senderos del hotel. Los garzones un 7 su atención, sobre todo margarita atenta a lo que se necesitaba y de atender nuestras necesidades especiales. Barman se nota la expertiz y calidad de sus tragos, felicitaciones a todos ellos. Gracias a las mucamas y equipo de limpieza que siempre se ve todo el hotel y nuestra habitación estuvieron impecables y a la recepción siempre dispuesta a ayudar como de los salvavidas atentos a que las reglas se cumplieran.

Hermoso lugar!! Encantada iré de nuevo, lugar tranquilo, lindo, relajado y una excelente atención. La comida es buena, siempre una estación con algo diferente. Tragos temáticos muy buenos tambien! Y que decir de los panoramas! Muchas cosas por hacer!! Caminatas increíbles y si no quieres salir la piscina, bowling o en realidad lo que se te ocurra hacer! El lugar en sí es una experiencia increíble!

Muy buen lugar para relajarse, el hotel se mantuvo siempre calefaccionado por lo que apesar del frío exterior podías vestir en manga corta en el interior. Los trekking autoguiados espectaculares, muy bien señalizados aunque siempre es mejor ir con un guía ( Boris, Leandro, José ) que te van aportando con valiosos datos de la fauna y flora existente. Las personas que trabajan en el hotel, muy atentas y tratando que tu estadía sea grata. Me gustó mucho que durante las comidas incluyeran postres típicos chilenos, fruta local .. sin embargo extrañe comida típica Chilena ( sopaipilllas con pebre x ejemplo o caldillo de congrio) . Las piscinas fueron parte integral del relajo, una maravilla el horario. Definitivamente cumplimos nuestro objetivo y volveremos !!
