酒店位置好，酒店大堂非常乾淨，裝修很棒，是我喜歡的風格。住在這裏非常舒服，酒店工作人員都很熱情，主動問候，很有禮貌，服務真棒，設施全，有機器人可以送餐，非常方便，房間床品枕頭都很舒適，住在這裏感覺睡眠質量都好了，房間有免費的礦泉水，和茶葉，酒店早餐也很棒！味道很好。

Впечатления от отеля крайне приятные. Выглядит презентабельно, встреча на ресепшн приятная, персонал обучен (в отличии от персонала в ресторане при отеле и в караоке, но это другая история!) Отель красивый, чистый, украшен к новому году. Номер большой на 2х взрослых и 2 детей (Классик с балконом 210). Постель для детей постелили минут через 5 после просьбы, а не через час, как в других отелях. Кровать комфортная, матрас удобный, подушки спорные, но разного размера и высоты, есть выбор. Огромная терраса. Когда светит солнышко-счастье его видеть после тучной Москвы. Очень чистая ванная комната. Биде, все средства гигиены, халаты, тапочки, все необходимое. Вода постоянно пополняется. Завтраки для такого размера отеля так же прекрасные, есть всё в разумных пределах. Впечатления от отеля самые положительные. Есть платная детская комната. Есть озеро с лебедями. Есть минеральный источник. Единственное НО!-на территории отеля есть зоопарк, что несомненный плюс для гостей с детьми, но львы кричат днем и ночью перманентно!!! Слышно ОЧЕНЬ, особенно ночью, если окна выходят на сторону зоопарка.

Это наш любимый отель в Пятигорске! Чистота, комфортные номера, отличная кухня и внимательный персонал ! Есть небольшой нюанс: на территории расположен зоопарк. Возможно, кому-то не понравятся номера, выходящие окнами и балконом на зоопарк. В таком случае бронируйте номер с видом на горы, как это делаем мы. Но недостаток это не назовешь. Спасибо всем тем, делает наш отдых таким комфортным!

I checked into this so-called 4 star hotel at 8pm. It is very hot in the room. I called reception. A few minutes later they called and asked if the air-conditioning is working. I said no. They sent a woman who only checked to see if the air-conditioning is turned on. Then I called and asked to speak to the duty manager. The reception said about what. I said about the air-conditioning. They said that because of the banquet which is creating a racket, the air-conditioning is not working. They also said that there was no manager on duty and that I can speak to him tomorrow. Avoid this overpriced 2 star hotel pretending to be 4 star like the plague.

Отмечали коллективом профессиональный праздник. Уютный зал Альпийский, живописная прилегающая территория, вежливый персонал, шеф-повару-отдельное спасибо, очень вкусно. Все впечатление испортил музыкант: мне, как руководителю, было крайне неприятно услышать, как он в уничижительной и грубой форме отозвался о нашем коллективе (услышала его разговор с коллегами на улице); при том, что администрации ресторана было заплачено по 150 руб./человека за музыкальное сопровождение (как оказалось-за репертуар 70-80 годов прошлого века), заказ песни-500 руб., каждый раз, исполнив пару песен, музыкант удалялся на перерыв (перекур)… а гости в это время бегали танцевать в соседний зал. В общем, музыкант испортил все впечатление от праздничного вечера. Не ожидали.

24 мая 2023 отмечали доченьки день рождения остались ОЧ довольны праздник получился огонь!!!!! Вкусно весело красиво!!!! Спасибо всем организаторам , поворам, аниматорам огонь!!!!!!! Процветания добра и тепла во всем и везде!!!!! Родителям советую отмечать детские дни рождения!!!!! Огонь!!!!

Остановились на 2 ночи. Встречали там сам новый год 2022-2023 и ни капельки ни пожалели. Сам отель как с обложки, все территории. Номера чистые, ухоженные, современные. Посетили мини-зоопарк на территории отеля, детям очень понравится, если нам взрослым, то понравилось, за небольшие 250 р., жалко только больших животных (медведь, лев, львица, пума). Номера не дешевые, но если хотите комфорта и современности. Парковка есть внутри территории, уточняйте у ресепшена, не ставьте у главного входа отеля, там вечерами куча гостей в караоке и ресторан приезжают.

На территории отеля есть парковка - это плюс. В номере очень жарко, пришлось спать с открытым окном. Также нет лифта в отеле, что совсем не удобно, так как чемоданы ты несёшь самостоятельно по лестнице. Был ранний выезд поэтому про завтрак ничего сказать не смогу. На территории отеля есть ресторан, но он совсем не порадовал. Также после приёма душа на плитке появляется разливанное море. Второй раз сюда не поеду, так как за данную стоимость сервиса нет

Отличный отель. Заселение с 14ч. Приветливый персонал. Номера европейского стандарта, чистый. Холодильник сейф чайник фен. Завтрак разнообразный (вино, соки рич, колбаски, запеканка, яйца, курица, чай, кофе, сыр, колбаса, омлет, фрукты, овощи).
