This is our second time staying at this property. We really enjoyed ourselves. We love that our apartment was just above the ski house which made it very convenient. The hotel only provides hand towels. They would charge 1000 won per bath towel.
The kitchen is fairly equipped with rice cooker, two induction stove and a microwave oven.

Big and comfortable and clean room. Restaurants and ski field are nearby, in a short walking distance. Staffs are helpful.

The room's cleanliness was acceptable, but they didn't provide bottled water, and it was quite baffling that they charged 1000 AMD for each bath towel. The front desk staff were also not very friendly, in contrast to the ski resort staff who were polite and kind.

Great location right at the ski hill. BUT you have to check in at a seperate building at the far end of the town. Neither Trip.com nor any of the emails from the property tell you that, so you show up at the resort and they direct you to walk ~500 meters to the check in building. Also, the room itself was likely a dormitory for the Olympic athletes in 2018: very very basic. And it hasn't been updated since then. No shower curtain, no bath towels, no floor mat, only 4 small hand towels, that's it. As property ratings go, I would say it's equivalent to a 2-star property at best.

The ondol room with floor heating was great, and it wasn't difficult for three adults to sleep comfortably. The location is decent, and if it wasn't too cold in the morning, taking a walk around the grounds would be lovely.
