ロビーなどは問題なかったのですが
部屋は全体的に清潔感がなく残念でした。
（シーツにシミがあった、枕カバーがやぶれていた、
水回りも清掃が不十分だと感じました。）
禁煙室でしたがニオイが気になりました。
ホテルの位置は駅からすぐで良かったです。

Since I was going with a child, I asked them to take care of cleaning, but I was surprised when I checked in and went into the room.
The wallpaper was torn and had holes, there were unknown things on it, and most of all, the room was full of the musty smell of cigarettes. Seeing that the shower room was full of scale and there was hair on the bedding, I wondered if it had been cleaned.
Only the exterior is clean.
The location was good, but the room condition was bad, so even though I knew I wouldn't be able to get a refund, I just left and got a room somewhere else for the day.
Even if I just sleep there, I don't want to go there again because the sanitary conditions are so bad.

This is my second time staying here as there are not many hotels near Hiratsuka Station.
Just like the last time I stayed here, the room was not clean. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and under the shower, and the toilet seat was also dirty. Also, the bath towels were so old that I didn't feel like using them. It's a shame as the hotel is close to the station and convenient.
