It is a great location for Osan Air Base and the SED (Songtan Entertainment District). I was there visiting my son and DIL who both work on base and it was super convenient. Desk staff don't have much English knowledge so plan to use a translator app. Breakfast was pretty awful but plenty of places nearby to eat. I recommend Eliya Coffee.

Really good hotel to crash a day or even a week if needed, with all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay
