If you want an enjoyable and restful holiday DO NOT stay here. Hotel staff are rude and have no communication skills whatsoever, the hotel has odd policies and you will not experience an enjoyable time. Here are below issues further explained: 1. Hotel staff are rude - receptionist Gina who cannot communicate effectively or with any humanity or respect to guests, instead she shouts and is condescending. She insulted us racially too. Other receptionists were not helpful and we were fobbed off each time we simply asked for another towel or bedsheet. 2. Hotel policy - only replacing towels every 3 days and having to chase to get this. They charge you extra for further towels and do not let you use towels on the day of check out. Cleaners wake you up sharp in the morning each day either by knocking on your room door as they do not have a sign for whether you need service or through closing and opening of nearby doors. 3. Room quality - you can hear other rooms very easily - doors slamming through the morning and night, shouting, throwing up. We had noisy neighbours and the hotel staff refused to accommodate us elsewhere. Please read the other reviews on Trust pilot - all the same problems of poor customer service and basic standards of an EU hotel. Very disappointed, will not be returning or recommending to anyone. Please do not waste your money and time here, there are much better hotels nearby which are worth the slight price difference.
