This was a good hotel, with a pool and friendly staff …but no view of the pyramids:

Will be back again.

It is a villa-style hotel with a very good environment. The breakfast at the hotel is very Egyptian. It is a very good experience.

It's pretty bad, the room is very dirty, whoever stays there will regret it

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were made to feel special. The gardens are spotless and the staff are so helpful. The room was basic but what more do you want when you are there just to sleep. Honestly this will be my go to hotel from now in Cairo.

The villa had no lift.. but it's only 3 or so floors but you should consider this.. the rooms are spacious but we had an ant infestation in ours which came back with us in our suitcase. The hotel doesnt provide toothbrush or shoes.. only used slippers from other hotels as per the logos .... breakfast is bought to your table but they had no toast or fateer or buffet or jam... but they served eggs your way and fool beans and cheese and salad..tea only as coffee is extra charge. We asked for a do not disturb sign but they would still knock on the door multiple times even after we told them not to...we ordered room service which was tasty but they overcharged on the bill so you have tp be careful... and double check. It might've been a genuine mistake but best to be safe. The ac heater was amazing and near silent. Would l book again..no as the breakfast was a let down and so was the used slippers

The hotel mentioned in ******* is not the same hotel where the reservation was done. From Hotel Pyramids, the front desk said that the reservation was in another Pyramids not this. Two hotels faced similar name but the location is so far one from another.

Really nice hotel for the price. Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent Wi-Fi and within walking distance to a range of food outlets. Easy to pick up an Uber to get around. Would happily stay again.

******* should not say that breakfast is included because it is not true.. it was only a salty breakfast and pay extra for coffee and orange juice. The hotel as a whole was good, but "some staff" were distant, no smiles, no hellos and no effort to understand requests. Their English was broken, although we used Google translators. Go back... NO! M

The staff were the nicest and most helpful. The breakfast was very good and did not have to pay extra for it when booking a hotel. Everything we drank there tea coffee juice everything was free. The hotel room was so big and very happy with this hotel, so comfortable to sit outside the hotel to get some sun. One of my favorite hotels 💞💞💞

Nice clean hotel Attentive staff, close to shops Decent room Too bad no chairs or hangers to hang clothes Disappointing breakfast, no croissant, no butter, jam, honey, continental breakfast: omelette, beans, tomato, cucumber, potatoes, very spicy, I had my breakfast at the mac next door Director went out of his way to satisfy us

The place is very nice and the workers do their best to make the guest comfortable and fulfill his requests as much as possible and they are very friendly
