Overall, it's a good hotel. The facilities are relatively complete, including cooking, laundry, and clothes dryers. The sanitary environment is also acceptable. Taking a taxi is very convenient. Just talk to the waiter at the front desk and the taxi will arrive in a short time. This is very nice. .
What I was dissatisfied with was that I was charged an Australian dollar key deposit when I checked in. I was told that it would be refunded when I checked out. When I checked out, I reminded the waiter to refund the key deposit. The answer was: it will be refunded to the bank card at the time of payment within 5 days. But I haven’t received it until today! 1 Australian dollar 💰Although it is not much, it does not keep its word and lacks integrity!

In the end, I was able to book a suite, which was split-level. The room was downstairs and it had two bathrooms. It was great. The room has its own laundry room and dryer, which is great for people who have been traveling for 10 days. Smelly clothes can be washed and dried. No breakfast, very close to Darling Harbor. So you can bring your own kitchen to make some breakfast.
