房間還是原來茶馬驛站的房間設施，在裝修到處衞生很臟亂差，早餐也是哥的路餐。

我們衹想入住預訂規格的房間，酒店有義務保證房間的設施運行正常，酒店要把我們電視系統故障的房間調換成面積小得多的房間，我們不同意，酒店的男服務生居然指責我們態度不好，好在總枱的女服務生積極提出方案協商使問題得到了解決。

酒店前台服務熱情，房間衞生乾淨整齊，有地下停車場和電梯，洗澡水大熱。唯一就是導航到了酒店附近很難找，問多個人都不知道，希望把標牌弄大了好找。
