This resort is run down and now closed for renovations. It closed overnight leaving people stranded. We were staying in the adjacent condos and thought we could use the facilities. For three of the 6 days I did. The gym was terrible. Most of the equipment was broken. The food in the restaurant was poor. I read reviews on Tripadvisor that were false.

The once thriving hotel is slowly dying. After the departure of the “sentido” concept, every day it becomes sadder here. Remaining advantages: The area is still well-groomed and green, although in some places the lawn is already dying. The view from almost all the rooms is life-affirming, but the rooms themselves are quite tired. Well, the air conditioner is very noisy, from the early Jurassic period, well, not at all soft mattresses and old washed linen. However, we can note the normal renovation of the bathroom, the taps of which really do not have hot water (summer water flows), the tap in the washbasin is loose and there are some manually solvable problems with the operation of the toilet flush. By the way, the cleaning of the rooms was decent. The food is so-so, no frills, from the “we won’t go hungry” series, however, everything is edible and there were no poisonings. A couple of times there was even a grill for dinner, which, against the backdrop of general approximate poverty, caused an enthusiastic stir. The food generally corresponds to the hotel level. But the staff is sane, polite and helpful, especially when giving tips regularly. The beach is in satisfactory condition, clean. The sunbeds, although old, are intact. There are plenty of mattresses. The quality of towels depends on the mood of the towel manager and your tips. The sea is shallow. (lagoon) with enchanting Maldivian views. But if anyone is looking for fish, then there are none here except for stingrays. There are practically no people in the hotel, we counted 40 showers at most, an international contingent of 40+, no children. Thanks to the absence of people, the rest is good, without nerves. There are no queues, the beach is free, the bars are free. There are no snacks, but there is bottled beer. If you behave well, they will give you a cold one. This is a hotel for introverts.) The shops at the exit from the hotel are inappropriately expensive, but outside the territory, about a hundred meters from the exit, there is a small market with normal prices, where you can buy juices, mangoes, strawberries, halva etc. There are also shops with the usual Egyptian junk, but with real prices. Theoretically, there are animators here. But since there are no active people, there is no animation. The pools are clean, but still cool; everyone here prefers the sea. Wi-Fi...Oh! The local Wi-Fi is so primitive that I wouldn’t be surprised if it turns out that it was installed here back in the time of Ramses II. The mirage of Wi-Fi can be observed in the lobby and at the exit from it, but only if you are persistent and have strong nerves. It disconnects from the network about once every two minutes, even at night. It’s better to immediately buy a decent SIM card with a lot of gigs at the airport, since the Egyptian Internet is like Turkish delight with poison... You will never know the truth, how many gigs are left on your SIM card. For example, our SIM card was 7.3 out of the declared 12 gig. And don’t even try to complain to the operator, they will clearly and without batting an eyelid come up with 100 decisive excuses for you. Overall, we cannot characterize this hotel as negative, but we cannot praise it either. Those who are not too pretentious about five-star show-off will be fine. We got a funny tour

I warn you Here we eat Inedible breakfast Inedible lunch Inedible dinner They set the prices like in Europe, I judge the food like in Spain. You have been warned. Beach towels, bring your sewing machine, they are a lot destined for recycling, but they are here. Don't say that I should have spent more to eat better, I've tried paying more and eating worse, and spending less and eating better, it's a question of the owner and manager. There are those who know how to do the job and those who instead....., The structure is for sale I hope you give them a pumpkin and a pepper as value.

Terrible holiday, dilapidated, unkempt, neglected and abandoned structure. We were totally disappointed! Quality services that are indecent to say the least: the poor and very low level cuisine offers poor quality food with an almost daily repetition of chicken, chicken, chicken and more chicken..., non-existent entertainment and shows (if you can call it that). call) of deadly boredom, approximate cleanliness (yellowed and unclean sheets) with dirty and old rooms, internet connection that works intermittently and with insufficient coverage! The wonderful sea, but the beach totally dirty with equipment that would definitely need more than some maintenance. A nigh**are holiday! Never again!!!!!!

Everything was great! I was in this hotel on March 2023 with my friends (7 people). Sun was everytime. The cooker Mohamed made amazing pasta I think the best animators are Africano and Ahmed. Thank you for good time in Egypt! ❤ I recomend this hotel for family with children and adult.
