Ein hochklassiges Luxushotel mit familiären Touch wenn man möchte. Unglaublicher Service und grosse saubere Zimmer mit erstklassiger Reinigung. Farhy ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch und machte während unseren 10 Tagen Aufenthalt fast jeden Tag neue Figuren im Zimmer. Super Klasse. Das Essen ist erstklassig und wir haben alles gegessen ohne Beschwerden. Yahya ist uns besonders aufgefallen mit seiner zurückhaltenden Bereitschaft zu helfen und jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Gästebetreuung ist sympathisch und in deutsch. Super freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Animation ist auch nicht aufdringlich aber gewinnend und die geben sich richtig Mühe. Danke Fox (ein Energiebündel) danke Chiara, Elena und alle anderen. Echt Klasse! Es hat immer genug Liegen. Alles ist sehr geräumig und grosszügig gebaut. Die Architektur ist ein Traum. Es ist mit abstand das beste von uns getestete Hotel in Ägypten. Und wir waren doch schon in einigen. Was besonders auffällt ist dass das Personal nie aufdringlich ist. Wenn du etwas nicht willst reicht ein Nein. Man wird nie bedrängt. Das Hausriff ist herrlich. Und es hat ein Steg der in Meer hineinreicht um dorthin zu gelangen. Es werden verschiedene Outdoor Spiele angeboten vom Hotel. Während diesen 10 Tagen wurde uns nie langweilig. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das ganze Team ❤️

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem ca.2 Jahre alten Hotel. Wie auch die Zimmer ist die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber und weitläufig. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, kleine Späße gehören überall dazu. Speisen und Getränke sind auf einem für das Land sehr hohem Niveau. Hervorzuheben ist der sehr gute Service des Teams um den Restaurantleiter Hr. Aladin. Schnorcheln im Nachbarhotel: leider war das Wasser sehr trüb, so dass es keinen Sinn machte. Zimmer: um das hohe Niveau weiter zu verbessern wäre es ratsam von Zeit zu Zeit zu prüfen ob z.B. die Türbeschläge noch korrekt befestigt sind, Türdrücker nicht quietschen und der einzige Handtuchhalter noch fest an der Wand ist...

This was our 17th stay in Egypt, Alaya is a fantastic, modern, clean hotel, polished to the smallest details. The rooms are large and comfortable, the food is varied and delicious. All Stuff (waiters, chefs, pool,)is helpful, hard-working and professional and smiled everyday. Special thanks to Ragab who kept tidy every day our room swimup delux in buiding 3 . We will certainly return to this hotel which is one of the best hotels not only in MarsaAlam but in all of Egypt

Geweldig mooi resort, met mooie ruime kamers. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Eetgelegenheden zijn ook prima. 4 a-la-carte restaurants en ook voor een lekkere lunch meerdere mogelijkheden. Bijkomend voordeel, het is maar op 10 min. rijden van het vliegveld.

Excellent hotel extremely professionally managed with nice rooms and good food. Customer closeness is high on their priorities. Congratulations. My wife caught a cold while we were there and we especially would like to highlight the way how she was treated by Dr Kerer: First he analyzed several approaches step by step and he managed to get my wife fully cured in a professional way. We were impressed by his professional approach he took to get certainty over how tu cure my wife. Congratulations to have a brillant Dr Kerer as physician with promising capabilities for the future and helping guests in a structured way to be cured asap and to enjoy the great holydays in Steigenberger Alaya Resort.. Greatly appreciated.

A beautiful, a**ospheric and quiet hotel. The extensive area and the availability of catering and service outlets allow you to relax without crowds of people. A large number of hotel staff milk the feeling of luxury and immediate satisfaction of needs. The staff is extremely nice and polite - always smiling. The main restaurant serves such a variety and quantity of food that it will satisfy even the most demanding guests. The head of the hall, Alli, is very charming and extremely helpful at all times :) The disadvantages include low power and even weaker WiFi range (on the terrace next to the room it works up to a maximum of 2 meters), watch out for small thresholds at the door to the room and when going out to the terrace, a large number of light switches - unintuitive, and some of them are unknown what .

Wir hatten sehr schöne Zeit in Alaya verbracht,von Tag 1. fühlten wir uns hier wie zu Hause,unsere swim up zimmer im Haus 3 hat schon früh am Morgen Sonne gehabt,unserer Room boy Ragab war sehr nett und hilfsbereit,unsere Zimmer war jeden Tag sauber gereinigt und mit Ragap Handtuchkunst nochmals verschönert.Wir kommen gerne wieder

Heerlijk mooi resort om te verblijven. Erg fijne vibe , relaxed en goed onderhouden en schoon. Personeel maakt een waar feestje van je verblijf , hierdoor kun je echt genieten. De verschillende restaurants zijn echt een aanrader om uit te proberen . Prachtig snorkelen of duiken op het huisrif via de aangelegde pier. Bedankt aan al het personeel welke ons een onvergetelijke ervaring hebben gegeven.
