Das Hotel war eine positive Überraschung. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Die Hotelanlage ist klein, hat aber genügend Pools und Grünflächen. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, lecker, man findet immer etwas für sich. Service und Animationsteam unaufdringlich, höflich, bei Problemen immer ansprechbar. Korallenriff lebendig, abwechslungsreich, man konnte große Schildkröten und kleine Babyhaie sehen. Persönlich waren wir von den Verkäufern der Touren und Ausflüge genervt, zu aufdringlich, wie immer.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel met our expectations. It was clean and had nice, professional staff. The food was delicious and diverse.The positive atmosphere on our holidays was also created by hotel staff, very helpfull and polite.A big thank you to Mr Hamza, whose care for the cleaniness of our room exceeded our expectations.We felt well taken care of

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni presso il sataya. Che dire... Resort pulitissimo, il cibo di qualità ottima come l'accoglienza che ci hanno riservato. Il signor Antonio che ci seguiva per conto di alpitour delizioso e sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema con il sorriso

Mooi resort met prachtige tuinen. Van het personeel kan ik zeggen dat iedereen vriendelijk en behulpzaam is. Zeer gevarieerd eten. Kamers zijn ruim, fijne bedden. Fijn om te snorkelen. Nieuwe strandbedden. We kwamen er voor de 4e keer en komen zeker terug.

struttura ben mantenuta, cibo vario e con ampia scelta, camere molto confortevoli. Piscine molto belle. peccato che la barriera sia sparita e che sia lontana da altre strutture e da Marsa Alam. Adatta per far base per escursioni. Spiaggia nella norma

Resort di recente costruzione, ma trasandato, sporco , sembra vecchissimo , spiaggia di PIETRE NERE, non come da descrizione veramente bruttissima , OVUNQUE c'è rotto qualcosa, camera superior fronte mare non prendetela perché è una vista mare, ovunque ruggine , tavolini dei lettini rotti, lettini messi ai bordi piscina per dilimitare pietre rotto.. Assaliti dalle zanzare, montacarichi al posto di un ascensore classico!! terzo letto una brandina senza neanche un copriletto, muffa in camera, la vasca quando si svuotavala l'acqua usciva nella doccia, soffione doccia con ruggine e rotto insomna pieno di zone inagibili un resort che merita ☆☆☆ stelle.., una vera delusione. Personale , gentile disponibile, cucina buona, ma non da 5 stelle. anzi la frutta era sempre ammaccata. colazione da migliorare, animazione non invadente... ma nell' insieme trascuato sporco. un vero peccato.

Fantastica esperienza! Viaggio in famiglia con bambini. Ambiente accogliente, tante piscine, cibo internazionale con influenza Egiziana, tanto divertimento per i bambini. Animazione TOP!!!! Tante esperienze da fare in loco, snorkeling, escursioni safari. Barriera corallina accessibile direttamente dalla spiaggia del villaggio

Posto fantastico, molto curato e accogliente! Servizi top, mare stupendo con una barriera corallina di primissimo livello. La baia delle tartarughe li vicino vi lascerà senza fiato. Unica richiesta al servizio ristorante:mettete la Maionese per favore😂😂
