Das Hotel ist relativ neu renoviert worden und erstrahlt in perfektem Glanz. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und Heerscharen von Personal sorgen dafür, dass es auch so bleibt. Generell ist das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Mit den 4 Pools gibt es genügend Platz um sich auszubreiten. Es ist auch nicht notwendig (auch wenn das gewisse Gäste halt immer noch machen) die Sonnenliegen schon früh am Morgen zu reservieren, resp. zu blockieren...! Einmalig ist natürlich der 600m lange Steg zum Riff hinaus, wo man sensationell gut schnorcheln kann. Kulinarisch kamen wir, mit den drei Spezialitäten-Restaurants - die regelmässig ihr Menü ändern - auch auf unsere Kosten. Auch das Hauptrestaurant bietet abwechslungsreiche Kost in Buffet-Form. Alles in allem sehr gut!

The trip was really really amazing, The hotel is extremely beautiful the beach and the sea is the best ❤️ The animation team was cute, helpful and made our trip to the top. Many games on the on the beach and the pool and made everything easy, cool and so simple. Also the food was very tasty. Thank u Casa blue and see u again in the next few months.❤️❤️❤️

Lovely hotel with a great atmosphere all round. The food was great and the room was very clean and kept well.Amazing beach and pools. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. One of the best holidays I’ve had in a while I hope to me back soon.

The experience was AMAZINGG .. the stuff is so friendly and helpful and the animation team is doing amazing and making alot of funny activities .. and the food is excellent.. the sea and the pools are so clean and I will return again absolutely ❤️

Hotel jednym słowem doskonały pod każdym względem .Pokoje , jedzenie , drinki, obsługa na wysokim poziomie .Basen codziennie był czyszczony przez obsługę.Dużo atrakcji joga ,spa, wieczorki taneczne .Porostu Raj na ziemi ❤️polecam serdecznie .

De korte transfer van de luchthaven brengt je bij Cass Blue beach resort. Klantgerichte en vriendelijke crew achter de ontvangstbalie. Het complex is in gedeeltes over het terrein verdeeld. De kamers zijn groot luxueus en belangrijk: schoon. In de kamers heb je meer dan voldoende ruimte voor de bagage. De bedden zijn prima. Wifi is niet altijd stabiel. Op vakantie niet zo erg😊 Het resort heeft 4 zwembaden met voldoende ligbedden. Badlaken service betekent ook elke dag schone badlakens op te halen bij een kiosk op het strand. Het resort heeft een privé strand. Op het strand zijn voldoende ligbedden voor alle gasten. De sfeer is hartelijke en comfortabel. Elke dag is er niet opdringerige animatie. Van Pilates tot live muziek. De all inclusieveformule is prettig. Zeker omdat je goede producten krijgt. De restaurants zijn geweldig. De keuze enorm. In de kamer heb je een gevulde minibar. Aan eten kom je niks tekort en aan drinken ook niet. Wij misten wel de mogelijkheid om een ijsje te eten. De lokatie van het hotel is prachtig. Er is een lange steiger die je naar het rif brengt. Vanaf de steiger zwem je over het rif. Het is de moeite waard om te gaan snorkelen of zwemmen. Elke kamer heeft een terras of balkon. Je hoeft geen swim up kamer te nemen omdat er overal mogelijkheden zijn om te zwemmen. Wij raden dit hotel zeker aan.

Pobyt w tym hotelu to wspaniałe przeżycie. Obsługa jest na najwyższym poziomie. Różnorodność posiłków jest bardzo duża, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obiekt jest bardzo zadbany, pokoje są na bieżąco utrzymane w porządku, piękna plaża z widokiem na Morze Czerwone. Animacje sprawiły na nas niesamowite wrażenie! Serdecznie polecamy pobyt w tym miejscu, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie!

Wunderschönes Hotel, neu von dem, was Sie in Erfahrungen sehen. Auch das Zimmer ist super sauber. In der Hotelbar sind die Leute am Pool freundlich, aber die Leute außerhalb des Restaurants sind nicht sehr freundlich. Mein Mann bestellte einen Wodka und es dauerte eine Er sagte ihm, die Bar sei ein Problem, weil ich keine mehr habe, und er sprach auf Arabisch mit ihm, dann begann ich mit meinem Mann zu streiten.Und dann saß mein Mann abends vor dem Restaurant und eine Animateurin Ronja, kam vorbei. Ich habe sie in der Woche, in der ich dort war, wirklich nicht gesehen, und sie kam wie ein netter Kerl und fragte nach ihrer Meinung.Auf TripAdvisor habe ich Nein gesagt, und wenn ich dann zu Hause bin und Nein gesagt habe, werde ich es tun, wenn ich nach Hause komme. Und er sagte nein, nein. Ich brauche es jetzt und das Mädchen wurde irgendwie heftig. Dann ist der Rest super. Das Essen ist fast immer das Gleiche, nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.
