We really enjoyed the hotel, the hotel staff is very kind, the food is delicious, the beach is wide and clean and there is a long path for running and walking.

We got a great room which was very comfortable, could have been cleaner, the food was very mild.all in all we had alot of fun.

We arrived at the hotel after 4 days in one of the camps along the shores of Bir Swer. The hotel is very beautiful and clean, spacious rooms. The problem was with the lunches and dinners, we always arrived about an hour before closing, a very poor selection of vegetables and cheeses. Main courses are full of oil and not tasty at all. The pasta preparation stations closed an hour before time.
I complained to the receptionist Andrew, but no response, no suggestion for improvement.
During the stay there were 5 of us who ate only bread and feta cheese and the children ate chips.
Very disappointing and not worth the nightly cost we paid

Fabulous , Location , pool , sea , Food & Stuff All Great , Make sure to get sea shoes First time to Taba & to Mosaique , Thx to all the stuff & managers Pool is vast & nice , long beach & clean , It was a nice vacation

Really nice hotel with really nice people. Staff really heplful, all they want is to customer be happy. Tasty drinks, especially from Mr Mohamed Fawza’s hands! Rooms are clean and food is delicious! Big variety of trips all around Egipt and more, great Guids on the trips (Mr Walid). Overall really great experience. It was a nice week here.

Nous y sommes allés en couple début septembre L endroit est calme , propre , bien entretenu La restauration est correct , il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour être satisfait du petit déjeuner au dîner Mention spéciale pour le personnel vraiment sympathique Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées Les piscines sont très belles et l accès à la mer idéal Nous avons adoré ❤️ et y retournerons lors d'un prochain voyage
