Nice hotel with good service

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

This hotel is best remembered for its staff, nothing was to much trouble and all they wanted to do was make us happy and the holiday the best experience. Fantastic place, The food was varied and good, the hotel was always being cleaned, again the staff are its biggest asset.😎😎

Stunning hotel. Couldn’t be cleaner if they tried. Beautiful surroundings immaculately kept. The garden staff work relentlessly. The majority of staff are so friendly and make such a fuss of our kids, 7 & 3 Rooms are nice and the hotel was really accommodating prior to our arrival by allocating us 2 pool side adjoining rooms due to my mothers mobility issues Special shout outs to Muhammed - Pool Bar. He was our daughter’s favourite. Nothing was too much trouble. He would bring our drinks over to our table each time we ordered and remembered the names of our children from day 1. Always smiling and said hi by name. Works really hard Mohammed - Piano Bar. Again, always smiling, nothing was too much trouble and called our kids his kids. Any time I went to order drinks in the evening to take back to our room he would make a non alcoholic cocktail for the kids even though I didn’t ask Mahmoud - Poolside Attendant. From Day 1 he remembered the names of our children. Anytime he saw us without the kids he would ask where they are. Would never let us sort our own towels, would always carry them to our beds and set them up for us. Super helpful Fathy - Waiter at A La Carte restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for him and always made sure the drinks were topped up. Entertainment team are good especially Castillo and Roody. Very very friendly and always happy. Makes such a fuss of our kids which was really nice Negatives Cups - The cups at the bar are tiny and they ran out quite regularly meaning you have to have small paper cups. Top tip would be to bring your own for them to fill Entertainment - Decent but don’t last long enough. Finished by 10pm with no music afterwards

Had a wonderful time at the aurora so much so I will be back next year the staff couldn’t be more helpful the rooms were lovely and clean . I have to say a special thanks to Mo Salah on reception who sorted everything out for me with a smile and also to Osama and Melad for everything they do at the pool bar and the restaurant and bar staff everything is done with a smile
