Worst experience ever, I placed booking for 8 people 2 rooms. When I arrive I am told that reservations are only for 2 people. Do I have to pay an additional amount again? No help at all from the hotel. Worst service. Double screwed with trip.com

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

The water switch button of the bathroom in the room is missing, the sink is leaking, the curtain hooks are broken in many places, the furniture is old like a guest house, you need to remind the service desk for cleaning, the service desk does not actively provide beach towel exchange cards, the service desk staff is cold, and the corridors are renovated Like a prison, you don't take the initiative to inform the meal time. Fantastic hotel, this is our 3rd time staying here and it gets better every time. Staff are amazing and attentive always, couldnt do any more for you, especially Mustaffa at the beach bar who is soo lovely and warm, and Bebo at the lobby bar! Highly recommend this hotel if you're thinking about it.

We stayed at the Aurora on the 25th April for a week, we had the most amazing time. Everyone was lovely the hotel was spotless, food was cooked well,there are shops and resultants right outside the hotel, we found the metro very cheap for snacks and drinks. entertainment was different everyday we also used the kids club, which they loved. only negative I found was the hairdryer was rubbish so take your own lol room was cleaned everyday by our cleaner magj who was lovely and very happy, he had all the time in the world when the kids wanted to chat to him, Beach is beautiful . we did one trip to the desert on a quad and we also rode a camel, definitely recommend it and also book through your rep. we took a visit to soho square which is lovely and a hassle free shopping trip we didn't find it anymore expensive then the shops outside the hotel. We took a taxi from the hotel which cost £15 return. An lastly a very special mention to Mino who is the photographer, he was taking pictures all day of people round the pool and down at the beach, he never once hassled me to buy any photos at all in fact I asked him how much they would be. my son is a bit of a show off and whenever he saw mino he would pose for a picture, he was by far our favourite member of staff and my son was very sad to leave him

Decent hotel for the price , good value for money. Rooms was good and kept very clean by our cleaner . Most days spent at the waterfalls pool with the barman “MO” being great at keeping our drinks flowing. Pool/towel guys Ahmed and Wabedey happy to move the lounger’s and parasols. Tawafek in the piano bay was always smiling .

Lovely hotel, pools are beautiful and the grounds are very pretty! The little bar in reception is great, all the staff are very friendly and always stop to say hello especially Bebo who took time to chat. Thank you for a wonderful stay would definitely return again.
