The location is not very convenient, far from the center and this is the cost of a taxi. The food is monotonous. Rescues the aqua park and the internal restaurant. Was 5 nights on the 4th night began to drip the ceiling did not solve the problem. The internet worked intermittently. Bar with 100% cocktails. I put 4 out of 5. It doesn’t roll for 5 stars.

Our long-awaited vacation has passed. What can I say: the location of the hotel is first line, the landscape design is magnificent. Now the downsides are the very dirty rooms! Very! The bed linen is gray-yellow in pellets (previously it was apparently white). On the very first night we were bitten by mosquitoes (there was no living spot on our youngest son). We bought a fumigator for $8 - it doesn’t help🤷. Then they sent a guy to us with a sprayer, he sprayed it in the bathroom (as I understand it, mosquitoes fly through the ventilation, because we didn’t even open the balcony) - there was no result. On the 3rd day our air conditioner broke down, we waited 1.5 days for repairs))))) (we got tired of going to the reception to be honest), on the 5th day we were offered another room in a different building. There were no mosquitoes there, the air conditioner was working. The room is typical - dirty. There is practically no animation. Barrrrr - another story: the bartenders look at you like you’re a beggar - two cokes??? Two beers??? And then they offer bottled drinks from under the counter at half price😅. Rum, gin, whiskey - 3 bottles for 20 dollars. Like this! They save on guests for their own money, and then offer them to buy whole bottles🙄. Upon leaving the hotel, another shock - a debt of 3 dollars was placed on our room 🤷. In their opinion, we took something for a fee somewhere on the hotel bill!!! And we took ice cream, popcorn, cotton wool for cash!!!!😡 This is some kind of chaos!!!

Overall a lovely hotel with great staff. Rooms cleaned daily but could do with updating. buffet and a la carte restaurants were good but drinks were weak and wine, which is only served in restaurants tasted watered down. We only managed to book the Japanese and French restaurants, need to be on your toes daily to book. Why you cannot get wine at other bars around the resort seems ridiculous Gym did not open until 8:30am which is a pain if you want to run/workout before breakfast. Beach was ok as was pool, always available beds and staff on hand to assist. Lots of Italians & Russians , very few English - we paid a very good price and were pretty satisfied with the package overall

Food very poor partner got sickness and diarrhoea we was eaten alive by moskitos even with spray to the extent i was put on a drip and steroids we paid for all inclusive but you still had to pay for wine and icecream every day they ran out of gas for pumps to bars round pool and beach on the plus side staff and grounds were lovely

Nightmarish welcome, extremely rude and always annoyed staff, very dirty resort even dirty sheets that would draw blood, bathroom that stank to death, full of insects and mosquitoes, inedible food and with few choices that little was repeated throughout the holiday, there is no food for children it was nothing. Reception that didn't solve any problems, they didn't even have Nutella. Holiday to forget.

Check in e check out pessimi, Armia (receptionista) a dir poco maleducato e cafone. Camera sporca, soprattutto il bagno che è un covo di zanzare, probabilmente dovuto alla cabina doccia non coperta che fa si che il bagno si allaghi e resti pieno di acqua fino alla mattina seguente quando il personale passa a "pulire",(abbiamo più volte chiesto lo spray insetticida). Piastrelle sporchissime, biancheria che non viene cambiata sempre.La vetrata che dà accesso al balcone col vento si muove tutta e non fa dormire. Tutti questi problemi sono stati riferiti nel corso della settimana ma nessuno si è mai attivato per risolverli. Cucina veramente da incubo,di internazionale non ha nulla, per 10 giorni sempre le stesse identiche cose. Inutile anche andare a cena nel loro ristorante italiano vi ritrovereste a mangiare lo stesso cibo del buffet della sala principale. Le uniche note positive sono la spiaggia e il personale di sala, ragazzi sempre gentili, educati e sorridenti.

Wonderful hotel! Truly beautiful structure and beach!! The food, the room and the staff that work here deserve a 10+!! Martina, the girl who works at guest experience, was truly very professional in her tasks, always willing to help and recommending the best for my partner and me. Thanks Marti!! Regarding cleaning, we had Ibrahim who cleaned our room, he also took great care of us during our stay, not only leaving everything spotless but also taking care of the details of the things we liked! The only point not in its favor is the bus that takes you to Naamabay, it would be great if they made this service available in the afternoon and at night! Thank you all for making our vacation a unique moment! We will return as soon as we can. Finally, the best a la carte restaurant where we ate was teppanyaky! We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a great time! Rooms, food, beach and especially the staff!
