The location is not very convenient, far from the center and this is the cost of a taxi. The food is monotonous. Rescues the aqua park and the internal restaurant. Was 5 nights on the 4th night began to drip the ceiling did not solve the problem. The internet worked intermittently. Bar with 100% cocktails. I put 4 out of 5. It doesn’t roll for 5 stars.

Thanks to travel goals uk we had a fantastic holiday. We flew to Cairo for 2 days then on to Sharm . Stayed at charmillion resort lovely food and the staff are great especially Abdul and his friend, They even done us some food for our travel home so kind thank you . . Armed the chef who done so much for us. Thanks again travel goals for another fantastic holiday. Highly recommend this travel company.

Con la mia famiglia ho trascorso una settimana di vacanze in questa splendida struttura. Ottima accoglienza alla reception; straordinari i ragazzi che si occupano della pulizia delle stanze, sempre molto premurosi, attenti, cortesi e fantasiosi quando ti lasciano sul letto animaletti creati con asciugamani. Un sentito ringraziamento a Morshedy, il responsabile della ristorazione, per la sua straordinaria professionalità, garbo, gentilezza e innato amore per il proprio lavoro. Nel ristorante principale si mangia molto bene, ancora meglio al ristorante sulla spiaggia e in quello italiano. Ringrazio anche Martina, guest advisor e ragazza italiana, molto scrupolosa e attenta ad ogni esigenza. In sintesi consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel poche settimane fa e ci siamo trovati super bene. La spiaggia è immensa con un bel pontile per poter ammirare il panorama. Cibo e pulizia sempre al top in questo hotel. C’è l’hanno consigliato dei nostri amici e avevano ragione su questo aspetto. Negozi abbastanza cari ma ovviamente sei in hotel quindi devi aspettartelo. Cordialità del personale sempre pronto ad aiutarti specialmente grazie alla referente italiana Martina in reception molto cortese e gentile con noi per averci indirizzato su alcuni aspetti. Speriamo di tornare presto . W lo Charmillion ❤️

Il resort Life con la sua struttura che sembrano dei castelli di sabbia, ha una vista meravigliosa. Curatissimi i giardini e la spiaggia ovviamente rocciosa si presenta sempre pulita ed i lettini lavati con acqua dalla pompa ogni mattina. Servizio cordiale e sempre disponibile. La cucina presenta una varietà enorme di scelta. Alcune pecche: Pulizia della stanza molto scarsa, animazione praticamente inesistente di fatti alle 22 diventa il tutto molto noioso si è costretti ad uscire dal resort verso le località di Sharm nuova, vecchia ecc.. I taxi messi a disposizione sono carissimi infatti conviene scaricare un app e non appoggiarsi a loro, o cmq contrattare. (Qualche turista ha pagato 40e se voleva tornare da Sharm vecchia)! Il loro servizio d'essere sempre accompagnato da mance perché sennò risultano scocciati e presuntuosi. Inoltre il ristorante francese pessimo abbiamo lasciato i piatti in tavola. Per le escursioni si trovano buone occasioni andando all'esterno invece di accettare quelle proposte dal tour.

Our long-awaited vacation has passed. What can I say: the location of the hotel is first line, the landscape design is magnificent. Now the downsides are the very dirty rooms! Very! The bed linen is gray-yellow in pellets (previously it was apparently white). On the very first night we were bitten by mosquitoes (there was no living spot on our youngest son). We bought a fumigator for $8 - it doesn’t help🤷. Then they sent a guy to us with a sprayer, he sprayed it in the bathroom (as I understand it, mosquitoes fly through the ventilation, because we didn’t even open the balcony) - there was no result. On the 3rd day our air conditioner broke down, we waited 1.5 days for repairs))))) (we got tired of going to the reception to be honest), on the 5th day we were offered another room in a different building. There were no mosquitoes there, the air conditioner was working. The room is typical - dirty. There is practically no animation. Barrrrr - another story: the bartenders look at you like you’re a beggar - two cokes??? Two beers??? And then they offer bottled drinks from under the counter at half price😅. Rum, gin, whiskey - 3 bottles for 20 dollars. Like this! They save on guests for their own money, and then offer them to buy whole bottles🙄. Upon leaving the hotel, another shock - a debt of 3 dollars was placed on our room 🤷. In their opinion, we took something for a fee somewhere on the hotel bill!!! And we took ice cream, popcorn, cotton wool for cash!!!!😡 This is some kind of chaos!!!

Overall a lovely hotel with great staff. Rooms cleaned daily but could do with updating. buffet and a la carte restaurants were good but drinks were weak and wine, which is only served in restaurants tasted watered down. We only managed to book the Japanese and French restaurants, need to be on your toes daily to book. Why you cannot get wine at other bars around the resort seems ridiculous Gym did not open until 8:30am which is a pain if you want to run/workout before breakfast. Beach was ok as was pool, always available beds and staff on hand to assist. Lots of Italians & Russians , very few English - we paid a very good price and were pretty satisfied with the package overall

Food very poor partner got sickness and diarrhoea we was eaten alive by moskitos even with spray to the extent i was put on a drip and steroids we paid for all inclusive but you still had to pay for wine and icecream every day they ran out of gas for pumps to bars round pool and beach on the plus side staff and grounds were lovely

Nigh**arish welcome, extremely rude and always annoyed staff, very dirty resort even dirty sheets that would draw blood, bathroom that stank to death, full of insects and mosquitoes, inedible food and with few choices that little was repeated throughout the holiday, there is no food for children it was nothing. Reception that didn't solve any problems, they didn't even have Nutella. Holiday to forget.
