We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, great service from Mr Ahmed syam at reception, smoth check in, nice rooms with our preference, However F&B Team need big training and deployment to increase their service quality,on our check out day at 12:30 PM the guy [Ebeam] at the lobby bar was sneaky to my family members and keep asking are you stay with us even we still wearing the All inclusive rings He said by word (I will not give you a drink) which is big ZERO to say this to your guest There is many ways to say no or to say it's chargeable, all of this to get a 1 Orang Juice to my Kid(1 year) But to argue with the guest and to say I will not serve you is a big mistake, Food was good l, beach is great

Hello everyone, we were in Egypt for the first time as a family and our eyes fell on the Dreams Vacation hotel, we really liked the room, everything was very clean, very nice staff, excellent clean pools, very tasty food, the people are all so kind, you are kind, polite, open, and most of all I liked the work of the animators, the girls Habiba and Julia are very active, I always liked to do stretching in the morning, play darts and then do water aerobics, a lot of interesting activities both in the morning, lunch and evening, thank you very much to this hotel for everything, I’m very glad that I chose it

Very nice and good hotel Very large and have nice food Donot visit in winter because the weather will be very bad and you will miss all the fun Staff are helpful But hotel has now entertaining show or activities Very good for couples but not very good for family with children

We have been at this resort for 1 week and we leave for home today we have had the best time ever here we arrived late after dinner and they gave us a welcome pack with food. Yes the hotel is tired and the food is repetitive but its is still good we stayed by the tropical pool which is heated all week the pool man Abdelrahman and Saif the bar man are the best very happy and friendly boys they made our week so very special we will be back to this hotel again without question 1 of the best for the price in Sharm Thank you so so much
