Almost perfect! Entertainment, food, and shopping all very nice. However, the shower in my room had no hot water and the problem was not resolved. Other than that, lovely resort. Will definitely be back 🙂

Very very very bad

Best value for money half board Sharm El Sheikh hotel? It's a resort! In Egypt, the water quality is not good regardless of the hotels near the beach. I definitely recommend bringing a filter! Sharm Al Sheikh hotels are usually expensive, but here you can stay at a relatively low price! The food is also delicious.

The location of the hotel is OK, but the service is basically zero. It took an hour to check in and 20 minutes to check out. The facilities are old, the quilt is pilling, and there is hair from the previous guest, so it is estimated that it has not been washed.

Very well placed with direct access to the coral with beautiful fish. Food is good but not much choice for vegetarians. The staff is very friendly and pleasant.

The overall environment of the hotel is good, with a large swimming pool and close to the seaside. However, the room facilities are poor and the facilities are very old. I can't live up to the five-star title, but overall I give it a good review.

The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable,food 4 different restaurants,we situated at the grill area ,staff brilliant Mackmud the manager and El Mina,Besgoy and syed.bathroom clean.food where we lunched at grill .we will return definitely

We came to this hotel after 11 years, the hotel is spotless, we were in room 2121, the lad who cleaned the room did a excellent job, loved the little touches, also he new how to make a bed. Hubby said the food was very good, I struggled a bit,but that is me, George in restaurant was so helpful,he went above and beyond,your lucky to have him working for you, I would say the pool guys were great ,so friendly, bar staff excellent, plenty of space, never worried about getting a sun lounger,last couple of days went down to the beach bit, totally chilled out there, again staff there were great, we got asked to go to the Italian restaurant before we left,can say it was 100% excellent. think only thing needs looking at, is to have someone on reception who can understand English,as they struggled to understand things. overall we had a lovely holiday, we would come back again.

Where to begin. On arrival we had to wait over an hour for our room because even though we arrived at 7 pm it wasn’t ready, the man who then took our suitcases and showed us where it was (best in mind we are 2 females in our 20s) then proceeded to not leave our room make himself very comfortable and started flicking through the tv channels until I had to physically tell him to get out. The room wasn’t particularly clean there was hairs on the beds, faeces on the toilet brush and just in general not the best. When the cleaner cleaned our room the following day he again invited himself into our room and again was showing us random things and wouldn’t leave without a tip which we gave him because he made us very uncomfortable to get rid of him. The following day he then made a person out of towels hanging from our ceiling which he had gone THROUGH MY SUITCASE to get a beach dress and through my friends makeup bag for a lipstick to draw on it. When he waited for us to come back he ran and knocked on our door and tried to come into our room which I stopped and physically had to put my hand on the way to stop him stepping further. He was a problem the whole holiday and frankly made us very uncomfortable staying there. The food as other reviews say was terrible, not only was it bad but nobody question and it was like feeding time at the zoo. The drinks were no better you were able to get a coffee at breakfast but no other drinks till 10am then alcohol at 1pm and stopped at 11pm but the bar outside closed at 5 pm so you couldn’t even get a drink if you were still by the pool. You could only get wine in the restaurant and the cocktails were horrendous they don’t know any they just make a random one based on where you go, your only allowed one at a time and there served in tiny cups so we ended up with a headache most of the holiday from not drinking enough. Appealing might as well you have to pay for bottled water or you could get a small cup at the bar. So we were getting bottles of water and putting them in the fridge overnight. The service from George and Amir was great they couldn’t have done enough for us and without them I don’t think I would have enjoyed my stay at all they were always on our drinks and getting us netwlla for breakfast because all the sauces looked hazardous. The pool area was ok but the whole hotel needs a refurb with tiles coming up which is an obvious hazard and the ‘beach’ which was just dirt and covered in sand fleas and particularly unpleasent although the sea was beautiful. I have stayed at many hotels in Sharm but this one although slightly cheaper was the only one I will never return too it is definitely worth paying a bit extra and having an enjoyable stay. We were told not to get a taxi as they’re slightly unsafe and to use the service the hotel provides. The rep told us a taxi to the hard rock should be about £5 but they charged us £20 for a return jock we didn’t mind ans at least we knew we’d be safe. We showed th

We very satisfacted be here. All was perfect. Animation team super. Best was Alina . See is here beautifull. Foid quality goid too. Reef at hote fantastic. A lot of shows. Every time is some activities. Evenigs life music. Most europen music.

Had a great time here. Loved the snorkelling and chill out shady areas by the sea. Fantastic views of the bay from the hotel. Great choice of food and very tasty. Nice live music every evening. Our bed was very comfortable and we slept really good. Great sea view from our balcony. It is a big resort as we found 2 more swimming pools when we walked round. We would stay here again.

The hotel provides good food ,4 restaurants,food by the pool ,lunch their is main buffet,we spent our time near the grill bar ,great service manager Makmuad and El mina,Besoy,Syed, bEd room clean ,spacious,great entertainment at night,we will return

The animation team is very nice. They love to speak with guest and they are very friendly. They come to us and told us because the pool party at night and we enjoyed the pool party. It was so nice and two a girls name is Habiba Julia they were so friendly and handsome. Thank you for this nice holiday. We love the hotel and of course the animation team too wee need to come back again 🥳
