The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)

Nice staff

It feels like a vacation here. The snorkeling spot on the hotel beach has more fish than the one at sea, the water is very clean, and there are always vacancies for beach umbrellas every time I go there. The only downside is that there are too many foreign tour groups, and the restaurant is like a food market at mealtime, but the taste is good

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and we chose the new rooms, they were very luxurious, and our friend Muhammet, who worked at the reception, was incredibly friendly. All the staff of the hotel are incredibly friendly, only the animators are a little too clingy, other than that, everything is top notch.

It costs only 100 Egyptian pounds to get to the mosque and the cliff bar. You can snorkel directly from the hotel and see the fish with your naked eyes. The food in the hotel is average, but there are meals at every time so you won't be hungry.

The hotel is very large and has its own water center where you can book sea activities. The food in the restaurant is pretty good. There are two restaurants that require reservations in advance. Overall, it is very good.

It was so hard to communicate with the front desk... their English was so poor... It cost $25 to delay check-out until 1:30 pm. I called the buggy in the room to pick me up, but the front desk didn't understand. I told them I needed help to bring my luggage to the front desk, but they didn't understand either. I finally understood them after I spoke word by word... I was in a hurry to go to the airport, so I asked a greasy-haired guy at the front desk to buy/borrow some tape to stick a small cardboard box together, but he was reluctant to do so... He was really slow and I couldn't understand him. He seemed to be a little higher in position than the other guys. Others had difficulty communicating but their attitudes were good.

It just so happened, but I’ve been staying at this hotel for the third time since October 2022, so I can tell you about it in dynamics.. The hotel is a traditional budget five family hotel. 60% Italians (for them the hotel is called Fruit Village), 30% Russian-speaking and the rest are a lot of tourists from other countries (you can draw a map of the world according to the nations of the hotel). Over the last 2 years, some buildings have been undergoing renovation and the “improved” room in the base is just that - an ordinary modern room of a good size. The rooms are closer to the sea (suites and junior suites with sea views) in the old style (two impressions of them). The food is generally good - some will like it, others will not (there is a choice of dishes, including Italian, but in comparison with more powerful and expensive fives it can be meager). The staff throughout the territory works like bees - everywhere is clean, beautiful and comfortable. In the restaurants for boarding in this settlement, there are no problems at all at any time during the meal - everything is immediately cleaned and the equipment is updated (it happened that I left for a minute for drinks, and my table was already completely cleaned). There is animation for children, ********, and evening shows. Bars with local alcohol in different parts of the hotel - you can quench your thirst, drink and get drunk according to the system from 10 to 00. In general, there are a huge number of sun loungers on the territory, but, logically, the entire hotel will not fit at one pool - not here, there is another one . 3 swimming pools, one with a water park, 2 towel centers. A short pier, entry into the sea from the shore (limited so as not to break the corals) and from the pier directly to the reef. The hotel has a paid diving center. Close to Naama Base and the old town, there is plenty of walking outside the hotel area. The airport is 20 minutes away by private transfer. Nearby there is Amphoras blue from their own net, but recently they have been prohibited from visiting the territory of Amphoras beach I give it a full 5 out of 5 and recommend it for a visit based on the fact that this is a comfortable budget five

I arrived at the hotel at 5 AM with my mother, hoping for an early check-in. However, the staff at the reception were not very accommodating. The man at the desk reluctantly checked for available rooms. When we finally convinced him to give us a room, it was filthy—stained bedding, dirty marks, and an unpleasant odor. We immediately went back to the reception and complained about the condition of the room. The receptionist was visibly annoyed and told us we had to wait until check-in time if we didn't like the room. After multiple attempts to get a better room, a manager finally approached us. He dismissed our concerns, saying the room's condition reflected the price we paid. He added that the hotel's focus was on business, not hospitality. It became clear that our issue would not be resolved satisfactorily. After a few hours, we were given another room, which was equally appalling. The curtains had stains and burn marks, the bedding was dirty, and the walls were in terrible condition. The balcony door was creaky, and the room was far from the standard we expected. We provided photos as evidence of the poor state of the room. When we returned to the reception to complain again, the receptionist and another staff member began yelling at us. They claimed they had worked at top hotels in Egypt and accused us of being overly demanding. We were shocked and felt humiliated as they shouted at us in front of other guests. In the end, we had to pay an additional $150 for an upgraded room just to get a clean and decent place to stay. There was no apology from the manager, no compensation, and no acknowledgment of the mistreatment we endured. We were forced to pay extra for what should have been a basic expectation of cleanliness and hospitality. I will never return to this hotel and would strongly advise others to avoid it. This experience has left us deeply disappointed and appalled by the lack of customer service and respect for guests.

The experience of spending several days relaxing in the hotel was very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel was perfect, Starting from the nice rooms till the way the staff treat the guests. Special thanks to the animation team, especially Ainura, she was a very nice, friendly and helpful person. She helped us to enjoy our time there. Also special thanks to Chef Imad for listening to all the comments about the food and for his keenness to provide the best possible quality and service. I hope to visit the place again
