Hotel is nice enough. It’s just a bit far from both the downtown area and the airport. There are some good local food/shisha spots nearby.

I didn’t want to sleep while I was there didn’t want to miss anything, the staff were the friendliest most down to earth people I ended up meeting the animation team straight away on my first night Shannon made me want to get involved with the activities and encourage my nephews to do the same she was the star of the team for sure. After winning MR hotel I enjoyed every single moment at this place and would definitely come back.

Really good fun, enjoyed every bit of it. Activities we so good along with the animation team, really nice people and a good laugh. Would really recommend going with family/friends as there is something to for everyone. The staff was really nice and friendly overall a great experience. Would go back any day!

Honestly as the title says the entertainment team made our holiday extra special. Jennifer keeping us updated with what was going on around the pool and her yoga sessions. Shannon making the kids club amazing for the kids. And Destiny's upbeat personality shining through with her dancing, kids disco and amazing personality. (She really belongs in a holiday village!!!) They all stopped to chat and made sure we were enjoying the holiday. Asking what could be improved on ect! They really work with what they have! The foam parties! The pool parties! The white party! All memories that will last a lifetime. The hotels staff go above and beyond and this was really shown on my daughter's birthdays where they made it so special, setting up an area of the pool and decorating the room! They learn what you like to drink so quickly and start to bring it you regularly along with a constant supply of water. They chat and Joke with you and the kids. The pool manager is amazing! There was so many staff that stand out. Food is what is expected of an all inclusive. Security is amazing. Spa is lovely and I really recommend it for treatments! My girls also had their hair done and it was a bargain! There's just alot of small things that could make this hotel alot better. It's such a big hotel and the entertainment team seem so small and don't seem to have enough resources. The night shows are abit boring and are the same every week. Rooms and areas are a little dated. We paid to upgrade our room yet still had broken drawers and the odd handle unscrewing off a cupboard ect. Alcohol choice seems very limited. Also no drinks in the room fridge?! Overall we had a lovely stay and will be returning to Egypt in the future :) x

This hotel is all you can want and more entertainment for the kids basketball court football pitch kids club all you can eat buffet pool bars so you dojt have to leave the pool to get a drink or snack the animation team were the best ive seen in a while to be honest there so freindly with the kids theres a foam party every week everyone loved it i have no faults with this hotel 10/10 would definitely recommend

We stayed 10 nights at this hotel, it was beautiful!!! Great with children has you have the option of many pools, water Park and the beach. All the staff were lovely, they treat you so well. Rooms were huge and cleaned everyday to the highest standard. Watersports on the beach we're a very good value. Food was great, loved the Italian and Asian. The mermaid restaurant has freshly cooked food to order and also delish. The staff learn what you drink and within a few days you don't even need to order they turn up with your drinks. Staff are great with children. Cocktails are standard but very much drinkable. I seen a few reviews that the alcohol wasn't very strong, I disagree. Tell them how you like your drink and they will serve them like it. Life guards are very attentive. I would recommend this hotel! Rated 4 out of 5 as would like to be more namma bay side of sharm when we return but that's nothing against the hotel itself. Sharm you are beautiful!!! We traveled as a family of 5 and our stay at this hotel was amazing! Situated right on the beachfront, the location is perfect with shops, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. With two pools and a huge water park, there's plenty to keep you entertained. The rooms are very spacious and are cleaned daily. The spa is definitely worth a visit, me and my partner had two massages each whilst here for a great price! The animation team, especially Cindy, Shannon, and one of the boys whose name I missed, made each day enjoyable. Whilst here it was international woman’s day and in the evening the animation team all handed out roses to all the women, they made the day special and memorable. Tarek was incredibly helpful upon our arrival, showing us around the hotel and assisting with our room upgrade. The security team was friendly, and the bar staff by the pool were kind and welcoming. The staff truly made our holiday special, always smiling and going above and beyond. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to cater to all dietary needs. Some must see sights near by are Soho square, Farsha cafe (arrive before sunset so you can see it in daylight and night) and the old town. Quad biking too! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit - we will definitely be back! Thank you to the amazing team at Coral Sea Waterworld!

What an amazing hotel and staff, from the very first day everything was done for you never went to the bar always a drink brought to you at the bars and restaurants, kids cub staff were fantastic my granddaughter really enjoyed herself all the time she attended, entertainment team never stop involving you from morning to bedtime, kids disco the staff had so much patience dancing with the kids, food you could not fault always something different, got to mention Ali at poolside bar what a great waiter and we will return next year at Easter time.thank you all for making this amazing holiday happen
