The service is good. The hotel is not new, but it is well maintained. Self-guided tours are all-inclusive. You don’t have to worry about lying down in the hotel. All drinks are free. There are many facilities for children to play.

First of all, the hotel is very clean, the sea and the pools are incredibly beautiful. You see all kinds of fish in the sea. There are hot pools for children. They are very good at cleaning. I think the restaurants are sufficient, you can find something to eat and drink. I would like to thank Mohammed Ali, Ahmed Yahia and Ahmed Essam who work at the restaurant. They took special care of us every day. The Animation Team is an excellent, very friendly team. I also thank them. Of course, everything is not perfect, but I think it is the best hotel you can go to with your family. Thank you Pickalbatros Royal Moderna.

The hotel is chic, clean pool, good food. The sea simply cannot be described in words, it must be seen. A good children's club, good children's animators, every day the children learn something new. Good excursions. Nice staff, excellent cooks.

I would like to describe my impression of my stay at this hotel. We arrived with our family and arrived quite early. There was a risk of checking in only at 14.00, but the wonderful Sofia at the reception helped with check-in earlier. In general, I highly recommend it, the representative is quite friendly and nice, she told me everything, showed her, helps with any questions. Your wishes were taken into account when booking. Rooms: quite spacious, everything is there, air conditioning works great. In some places, of course, there are jambs, for example, the closet door was difficult to move, and the hook with a towel on the door fell off. We never found a sheet with the main numbers, including the reception. Food: they try, there are all types of cuisine, but the essence is about the same, you don’t get the wow effect, it’s about the same every day, the main difference is the hot food. They don’t make a lot of desserts, but they do have any drinks, in unlimited quantities, strong drinks are good, I can’t say anything about the wine, I didn’t drink it. Entertainment: there is a lot of them, especially for children: slides, swimming pools, although the pool closes early, it seems to me, it could have been longer. And the entertainment program is great, well done. I wouldn’t say that the hotel staff are friendly, the guys who clean the rooms are great, even if you don’t leave them money, they clean very well. The rest of the staff wouldn't say that they care about you. Again, I’ll note who I remember and who I liked: who cleaned, the lifeguards at the pool, always helpful under the supervision of the lifeguards, they don’t leave at all and that’s great, they actually sit and watch. Sofia, the Russian-speaking hotel representative, they really try hard and do everything to make your stay unforgettable. Separately, I would like to draw the attention of the hotel itself to the fact that on one of the days they painted something in the building, the smell was not very strong from the paint, I think it is better not to do this on days when guests visit, especially when children live there. I also sprayed something on the plants one day, the smell also irritated me, I also think it’s better not to do this
