The service is good. The hotel is not new, but it is well maintained. Self-guided tours are all-inclusive. You don’t have to worry about lying down in the hotel. All drinks are free. There are many facilities for children to play.

First of all, the hotel is very clean, the sea and the pools are incredibly beautiful. You see all kinds of fish in the sea. There are hot pools for children. They are very good at cleaning. I think the restaurants are sufficient, you can find something to eat and drink. I would like to thank Mohammed Ali, Ahmed Yahia and Ahmed Essam who work at the restaurant. They took special care of us every day. The Animation Team is an excellent, very friendly team.
I also thank them.
Of course, everything is not perfect, but I think it is the best hotel you can go to with your family. Thank you Pickalbatros Royal Moderna.

Went on holiday with my cousins and sisters and stayed at the Pickalbatros Royal Morderna hotel. We had the best stay here and the general manager Mr Tark was amazing! He was so accommodating to our group of 9 and made our stay extra special. The domestics staff were amazing they left our rooms super clean and everyday we had a beautiful towel model be it an elephant, an extravagant bird or a snake it was always exciting to see what it was. Thank you to this beautiful team for our lovely stay

Great hotel, really good customer service and great staff. Was assisted with activities and even got a special meal on our departure day. Our music of choice was played (Zimbabwean music). Every day in my room there was a creative expression of how dedicated they are to making my stay as positive as possible. I would highly recommend

Stayed here for the 2nd time, can't fault the hotel or staff, they can't do enough for you, shout out to sayed he cooks the breakfast omelette lovely man also haney a waiter, cleaners do an amazing job, they have to deal with alot but that's down to the guests, thanks again we will return

Really luked that the food is delicious many resturaunts lots of fun avtivities, big rooms, nice bars, amazing views and the shows are truly amazing! If u get a chnace to come here. Please do!!🫶 1week its not much to can have fun sure we will back thank you guys to make our holiday

Amazing service very clean staff could not do enough for us would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. We will be returning. A special thanks to waiters Hany Eldaway, Mohammed A Hakim, Zakria Ebrahim, lifeguard Ali Elgawad you went above and beyond to make us feel so comfortable and we cannot thank you enough.
