酒店硬件設施不錯，環境好，但周邊不熱鬧，已到了江邊最頂端，早餐無語，管理者應對長假無任何概念，8：35分餐食基本空盤，2、3個服務員忙得團團轉，應對不斷來進餐的客户無力應對，好好反思一下吧管理者們，再高大上的硬件設施，脱離了服務也會被客户拋棄
