我們是看了蘄春梯田後入住的該家酒店。酒店停車很方便，當天值班的酒店前台的服務人員十分熱心提供各種幫助和解釋入住的相關問題。酒店設施也好，空調涼氣充足，完善睡覺較為舒服。
小小的意見：1.我們預訂的是園景房，但窗外的景色確實不好，建築垃圾，雜草叢生，根本不想去提供了藤椅的陽台一坐。2.餐飲不方便。聽説賓館、不遠的蘄州古城（人造景觀）有餐飲供應，去後才知道，由於去之前賓館入住過較多的會議人員，當天賓館餐廳七點過就收攤了，蘄州古城目前不太景氣，不到七點商家就全部關張打烊了。在覓食時，碰見了一位景區的管理幹部（個子不是很高，長得很壯實），他熱心的帶我們去景區外的農家樂解決了晚飯的問題。這位小夥子真是很好，沒有留下姓名，有些遺憾。以上兩條意見離開時都給相關管理人員提出了，希望今後能有所改進。
這個景區值得思考的問題是：如何創建自己的商務模式，如何利用較好的自然資源創建自己的盈利模式。

住的套房，房間很寬敞，裝修的也還可以。辦入住的時候前台女服務員還多送了一份早餐。
但是我要説是
早餐太差，一共加起來不超過10樣，我八點半到的，到處都空了，吃了水煮蛋，真的沒有什麼東西能吃點。
我們住的套房，樓上一直有挪座椅的聲音，一直很吵，打了酒店前台也沒有任何作用。後來才知道樓上改了麻將房。第二天退房給前台反應，改成麻將房可以鋪個地毯隔音啊，不然樓下太吵了，睡不好。結果前台一男的，低頭也不看我們一眼，直接説：那是你們遇上了。我遇上了？樓上太吵我沒睡好，是我自己的運氣不好？！

酒店位於赤龍湖國家濕地公園的內部，距離滬蓉高速特別近，景區內湖光山色，空濛雨亦奇。酒店前台小姐姐服務態度非常好，業務很熟練，為我特意免費升級為套間，賓至如歸，如沐春風。房間設施很整潔，保潔做得好。一樓餐廳早餐品種較多，中晚餐都是家鄉特色菜，服務很人性化，我入住時都下午兩點多，後廚已下班，還是特地為我們做了幾個家鄉菜，菜量特別大，服務員看到我們人少，説吃不完可以用保鮮膜封住，晚上加點青菜接着吃，特別温馨！贊一個！愉快的假期！😊
