Atour Hotel Qingdao Golden Beach Xiangjiang Road Metro Station

I booked this room for my parents, and it was great, definitely recommend! First off, the hotel's location is fantastic; public transport is super convenient with a subway station right at the entrance. My parents are almost 70, and I was a bit worried about them traveling alone, so choosing a place with easy transport really put my mind at ease. Secondly, dining is very convenient; there's a night market and pedestrian street right next to the hotel. Plus, this place is located in the city center, so all the surrounding amenities like malls, supermarkets, and hospitals are very close by. My parents stayed for three days, and the hotel staff were exceptionally kind to them, helping with recommendations for attractions and good food, and even calling taxis when they needed to go out. My parents were very satisfied and had a wonderful time. They even told me to book another Atour Hotel for them when they visit Jinan next!

Extremely unprofessional and a disgrace to the brand. I agreed to extend my stay the day before, paid, noted it on the app, and told two people about it. But they bombarded me with calls that day asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I was worried it wouldn't match. Didn't the front desk staff check the notes themselves? I also noted it in the back office. There were so many communications, and I was woken by calls multiple times while taking a nap. I'm floored. Did the commissar and store manager fall asleep? No training, no communication, and then they said my name didn't match. I specifically went to communicate a day in advance. It was quite interesting.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, the front desk service is good, and other aspects are average.

It's great, every detail is in place, the children love the "late night porridge" and breakfast in the evening, the hygiene is very good, it is the first choice for people with mysophobia, a must-choose hotel when going out 💯💯💯❤❤❤

The room environment is comfortable, the service staff are very enthusiastic and have a good attitude. I will choose it next time
