The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I booked the tatami room. The staff offers friendly services and keep making sure I enjoy my stay. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of local food. In addition, the location of the hotel is very convenient, near the Taidong night market. I highly recommend this hotel.

Facilities: Very comprehensive, with both Chinese and Western breakfast options that tasted great. We were late risers and would only make it to breakfast just before it closed, but there was no rush at all. They even reminded us to fill our plates.
Hygiene: Daily room cleaning. The room was very clean upon entry, and the hallways had a pleasant fragrance. The overall environment was excellent.
Location: Situated in the Taitung Pedestrian Street, which was very convenient. There was also a car park available.
Service: I didn't encounter any poor service throughout the entire hotel. Online communication was also very convenient.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It seems to get a lot of guests, and there's a convenience store and a bubble tea shop right downstairs. It's super close to Taitung Night Market, just around the corner, and also very near the subway station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're heading to the train station or the airport.
Most importantly, the service is excellent!! I truly felt cared for!!!
