The environment is great, and the service is excellent – they're always happy to help. The hygiene is also very good, and the facilities are quite comprehensive! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Qingdao!

I felt the room rate in Qingdao's old town was a bit high, but the staff were very friendly. There are plenty of food options within a few hundred meters, and I drove there, so it was convenient that I could park inside the courtyard.

The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. The transportation is very convenient. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were on a family road trip to Qingdao and searched for a hotel for a long time before choosing Xana based on its excellent value for money. The hotel's location is not far from the city center, and there's a bus stop right outside to the right (parking is difficult in the city center), making it very convenient to get to May Fourth Square and Zhanqiao Pier! The hotel offers free parking, and the breakfast buffet is also delicious; I especially loved the handmade noodles and wontons 💗. Amenities: The hotel bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the room's lighting fixtures, tables, and chairs are all very new! Environment: The surrounding area is quiet yet centrally located, with a residential neighborhood nearby, making it convenient for dining and picking up supplies ➰. ⚠️ Honest suggestion: The disposable toiletries and tissues provided by the hotel are of average quality; I hope they can improve them 🫶.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff had a great attitude. I was very satisfied with this hotel. They even gave a small gift to my child, and the free parking was super convenient. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The environment was elegant and quiet, the hygiene was impeccable, and the service was warm and attentive. We'll definitely choose X Hotel again next time.

Amenities: Very good 👍 I think the environment is nice. They have a variety of things. The only minor drawback is that breakfast wasn't as great as I expected, but it was enough to fill me up. Hygiene: Really excellent, very clean. Service: Extremely good, the front desk service was quite good too.

I was looking forward to a relaxing stay, but the bedsheets were dirty. They changed them once, but the second set was also unclean. The room itself was tiny, and the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold – very unstable. My overall experience was terrible. When I complained to the staff, they said the only option for a room change was to a 'corridor window' room. I don't understand why I should have to move to an even worse room just because the hotel is unhygienic. I really hope the hotel makes some improvements. Also, it's not particularly close to the museum; you'd need a taxi if you don't have a car.
