The front desk staff were all very polite, and the cleaning ladies were lovely; the service was excellent. The only minor issue was that the shower pressure was a bit weak. Overall, I was quite satisfied. I ordered a beef brisket noodle soup in the room, and it was tasty – it would have been even better with some chili oil!

I specifically chose this location for its proximity to the scenic area, and this Holiday Inn's location is truly unbeatable. During check-in, Peter upgraded our room since we had a baby, giving us a more spacious option, which was very convenient. We stayed in winter, and the hotel's air conditioning was super strong – it was incredibly warm. So warm, in fact, that I felt quite dry and drank many bottles of water. The hotel facilities showed great attention to detail, even providing chargers. Breakfast was excellent, with a rich variety of local specialties, and it was clean and hygienic; my whole family enjoyed it thoroughly. We could also get leftover bread from the front desk to feed the seagulls, which is a truly perfect touch – definitely lives up to its high-end chain reputation. Next time I travel to a different city, Holiday Inn will still be my top choice.

The hotel amenities are very comprehensive, and the location is superb – very convenient for transportation with a metro station nearby. The hygiene is excellent, and the environment is beautiful. The breakfast spread is also very rich. Ginza Mall is right next door, and it's super easy to get to MixC and May Fourth Square. There are a lot of international guests, but I noticed the staff communicate with them very easily, and their English is excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks again, Erin!

The day before check-in, duty manager Zoro called to ask about my preferences. On the day of check-in, duty manager Susie upgraded my room, and the experience was truly excellent. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly – I fell asleep instantly. The soundproofing was also superb; I couldn't hear any outside noise. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was well-designed, and the hot water supply was ample and consistently warm. The smart lighting and air conditioning were convenient to control, with thoughtful details everywhere. The best part was the hotel's fantastic location. It's just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and the surrounding commercial area is well-developed, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and tourism. To enjoy such high-quality facilities and services at this price point is truly amazing value for money! I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose this hotel again next time.
