Narada Resort &Spa Qingdao, Jimo

This was my first time staying at this hotel for a business trip, and I was genuinely touched by the incredibly thoughtful service. A young lady at the front desk named Ms. Guo helped me check in; she was very professional, warm, and efficient. The next morning, I had to check out early to catch a train, and Ms. Shanshan even prepared some bread for me. I truly felt at home. This is a great hotel, and I'll definitely be back!

The rooms were great. The service was good. The restaurant was nice. The ambiance was excellent. The location was convenient. The facilities were high-end. The Hanfu experience was wonderful. The dinner was delicious. This is a heartfelt review. The pictures are just for show.

The hotel is nestled within Jimo Ancient City, a truly unique location whose name alone evokes centuries of history. Each room boasts a charming courtyard, offering a refreshing change for those accustomed to high-rise city living. The architecture is magnificent; standing before the grand lobby, one can't help but feel transported back to the glorious Tang Dynasty, an era imagined to be of immense prosperity and contentment, where every family thrived. The hotel's service is impeccable, striking the perfect balance – never overbearing, never lacking. It's like a perfectly blended juice: not too sweet, not cloying, just smooth and delightful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, and the tropical rainforest in the atrium truly sets a delightful mood, making everything even more appetizing. You genuinely have to put the brakes on, or you'll easily overeat and regret it! If you're feeling bogged down by work stress and things aren't going your way, and you need a change of scenery, then Jimo Ancient City Junlan Hotel is definitely a choice worth considering.

The overall experience during my stay was not great. The sofa in my room was noticeably dirty, clearly indicating it hadn't been properly cleaned. What was even more frustrating was that this room's sofa lacked throw pillows, whereas another identical room I booked did have them – an inconsistency I found hard to understand. While most of the staff were pleasant and helpful, a few individuals were quite indifferent, offering rather cold responses to my inquiries, which somewhat tarnished the overall guest experience. I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness standards and staff training, and ensures consistent amenities across all rooms of the same type to prevent such discrepancies.
