Husband and I came on a business + leisure trip. Convenient location, and super friendly and helpful staffs. Initially we booked this place for 2 nights only, we decided it’s so good and booked the remaining days here also and extended a few more nights! Both rooms we stayed in were amazing. The rooms are nice and clean. Definitely is coming back next time! The place is a good stay for both family and couple; business or leisure.

An extraordinary stay experience. Rooms are exact like the pictures on website. There is mini-fridge in the room includes local beverages. Ground floor is a bar which make the vacation vibe even better. Grabbing a beer and chill at outside area with camping deco is also good way to enjoy Qingdao. Friendly staffs greet you when you back to hostel everyday indeed makes me feel warm welcomed. Thanks to all of you for bringing me a wonderful stay. And sorry that I didn’t make photos cuz I enjoyed Let’s Hostel too much and forgot to take pictures. Anyway, RECOMMEND !

First of all, the geographical location is indeed very advantageous. It is in the Dongxiangyuan community as soon as you enter the door and go out. It is not far away from the Olympic Sailing. It’s a bit far away. Overall, it’s relatively convenient. It’s a quiet place to enter and exit the community. There is an access control key. There is an access card. Besides, the environment homestay is a single-family villa. The small courtyard is clean and romantic. The sea breeze is cool. The entrance hall except the front desk It’s still a small bar. The overall decoration style of the homestay is relatively simple and cool. After checking in, you need to change slippers on the second floor. The shoes that go out are placed in the shoe cabinet corresponding to the room number. Slippers are very comfortable. There is no way to focus on the room. At the beginning of the check-in, the whole room was quite clean. The windows can be opened. There are screened windows for ventilation. It is very bright. But it is hard to see the sea because it is far away from the road downstairs. You can only see the sea from the corner of the window. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The pillowcase is made of cotton and linen. There are too many pillows. It looks good and it is not practical. You have to put the pillow on a chair to sleep so that there is no place to sit and no place to put your luggage. The soundproofing effect is quite good. I can't hear the sound of the next door. Although it is a road downstairs, it is not a busy city. It is very quiet and unsatisfactory. I went out the next day. The bathroom floor is not cleaned. Fortunately, it’s just a little gray bathroom because girls have some hair. The bathroom also has hair. We didn’t have a broom to clean it. We went back to the room and saw that the floor was dirty. Cleaning the room. The floor should be clean. Basically, the service group called for cleaning and waited for a while because I wanted to take a lunch break. The customer service said that because their bedding is cotton, there is cotton dust on the floor, but shouldn't it be cleaned in case the guest has allergic rhinitis or Asthma is more uncomfortable, or that your homestay does not clean the floor every day, and there is a leak in the bathroom in the bathroom. It is necessary to repair it in time. If there are children or poor legs and feet, it is easy to slip the room facilities, then the air conditioner must be turned on and off with the remote control. Debugging is too far away. It’s not very good. There is a small refrigerator. The drinks are free. There is no snacks. There is no wardrobe. There is no shelf or table for luggage. There is no place to dry and the hair dryer is not easy to use to the maximum wind and it is very small. My hair is not long. These details need to be improved. For breakfast, we just had a meal. I have something to eat with a batter, but it is relatively monotonous. Western-style breakfast is not eaten or commented. The customer service is late and did not leave a meal. At least one should ask. After all, the price includes breakfast. Finally, I think the customer service consciousness should be strengthened. To say goodbye is to serve well People-oriented sense of service. On the first night, I went out to eat. I didn’t know how to come back. I came back late because I was uncomfortable. I bought the medicine and took it out in the living room. The customer service might be a bit tired. Then I asked on WeChat. The crying face emoticon is late, and it’s understandable, but it makes me feel very impatient. I don’t like to cause trouble to others, but I can’t help taking medicine. Now that you have done this work, don’t be emotional. Helped me to deliver the medicine to the room, but I still feel uncomfortable. The next day I met someone who may be the boss’s wife. The attitude is very enthusiastic and caring. I know if it’s because the Oktoberfest Qingdao’s entire accommodation price is quite high. I don’t know what the usual price of this homestay is. But if the room facilities and service level are at this price, it is better to stay in a hotel. If you like romance, you can try the family trip. Baby's words are not very recommended

*Surprise of traveling alone* The homestay has a feeling that I like very much. The comfortable bedding makes it a good sleep for two nights, and I have the energy to go shopping during the day. The location is excellent, and it is only two or three minutes walk from May Fourth Square. Where to go It's very convenient. Every night when I come back after drinking, the little brothers in the bar are there, and I feel very relieved. I also presented souvenirs when I left, I feel that everyone is a person who loves life very much~ By the way, the breakfast and western food in the store are worth a try. If you come to Qingdao again, you will come back to live here^ ^

住了很多民宿，這家目前是最滿意的，前台小姐姐服務很到位，還幫忙拿行李，房間也非常棒，小冰箱裏還有可樂，我們都赤腳進去，吃外賣還能坐地上，很乾凈，洗澡也很舒服，環境也好，下午還有下午茶，感謝

帶孩子去青島遊玩，住到了Let’s民宿，去的幾天都住在這裏，老闆和員工態度都超級好，超級熱心，位置離海邊特別近，出門走三分鐘就是我圖1-4的夜景，離地鐵走路5分鐘就到了，打車也方便，走路去海信廣場也很近，晚上睡覺也超級安靜，民宿也是酒吧，住宿的客人喝酒都是9折，最後一天退房還寄存了行李步行去奧帆中心坐了帆船，又溜達着回來取行李，這個民宿的地理位置簡直就是絕絕子，最滿意的一次民宿經歷了，推薦大家都來這裏住宿，絕對會讓大家滿意的！

服務：店裡人都很友好，主動幫忙提行李，外出或者回來都會温柔打招呼。每天都會幫忙把房間裏的垃圾袋換了，一些一次性的用具也會每天更換。房間小冰箱裏每天都補充飲料，保持一罐嶗山可樂以及一瓶嶗山白花蛇草水。入住期間有送免費的咖啡和甜點，都很美味。如果有詢問美食，旅遊等方面的問題，店員也會耐心解答。 環境：在奧帆中心附近，環境優美，裝修風格很適合年輕人。隔音需要加強，不是很吵那種，就是旁邊房間進出都能聽到聲音，而且房間裏聲音大點我也能聽到…… 衞生：第一天剛進房間時覺得有點味道，店員馬上提議幫我開窗，開排氣扇，開空調。每天都會有人更換房間一次性用具和垃圾袋。 設施：進到房間要過四道門，住的很安心。剛進大門，户外院子裏有可以休閑的桌椅，沙發，進到一層大廳是昏暗的氛圍感十足的咖啡廳感覺，還放了鋼琴吉他等樂器。進到二層換鞋子，旁邊有一個佈置得很有感覺的類似讀書角的區域。上三樓有掃地機器人打掃公共區域。房間內的軟裝也很有氛圍，第一次遇到提供浴花，護髮素和潤膚乳的，好評！好的太多了，我覺得如果做到以下幾點就更完美了：首先有個全身鏡就更好了，為了每天出門美美噠去拍照很必須。其次燈源有個主燈就更好了，為了私隱，白天在房間都要拉上窗簾，這時候就很需要亮一點的風光，偏暗的風光讓我也有點點明媚不起來。然後要是牀頭櫃還有洗手枱大一點就更好了，方便放全自己隨手要用的東西。再然後就是馬桶沖水不那麼暴躁就更好了，每次沖水時都感覺水要飛濺出來了。最後就是熱水如果能穩定就更好了，每次都要經歷放出來的熱水突然變冷了，然後放一會兒才回到熱的狀態。

房間特別好的 服務小哥哥小姐姐也特別好 因為連住了一禮拜還給我們升房了 床很軟 衞生布置也不錯 房間裏還有小冰箱 每天都會進來打掃整理床鋪 需要什麼或者有什麼要求都是有求必應 買了快遞點了東西什麼的不用自己拿特別省心 在餐廳吃東西喝飲料也不用自己收拾 打車去景點非常方便 出門五分鐘就到海邊 以後有機會還會訂這裏

選擇困難症根據口碑選了這家民宿，從提前預約到店時間到接引到入住講解、退房離開幫我們拿行李，服務非常nice 一樓提供酒水咖啡，非常不錯，很有情調！ 我們定了兩間房，一間可以看到大海，唯一不足的可能就是天公不作美，海上有霧看不了海景！ 從住的地方到五四廣場和奧帆中心都很近，步行就可以打卡！ 是一次很好的住宿體驗，強烈安利！

酒店坐落在繁華鬧市一隅，周圍花團緊簇、石子鋪滿小路，酒店佈置的文藝清新自然脱俗，是旅居人身心歸處！房間靜謚、禪意淡雅讓人放鬆身心、心情愉悦！前台小美女們服務細緻入微，我第一晚入住因飛機延誤到達時已經是後半夜，前台小美女出門親自接我還給我升級了房間，讓我忘卻了飛機延誤帶來的煩惱！

房間很乾凈，沒有異味！！！拖鞋牙刷都是一次性的，反正很貼心。 床鋪什麼的睡着很舒服，尤其是枕頭，雖然高，但是睡着很舒服，入睡很快！每天都會有人收拾打掃房間！👍👍👍 民宿在五四廣場附近，四周很多商圈，交通很便利。房間隔音可以的，住這幾天基本沒聽見很吵鬧的聲音 。

這次入住很滿意，整體感覺很好，外面有個小院清新脱俗，大堂乾淨明亮有個酒吧枱，前台小姐姐服務很熱情周到，枕頭和被罩很乾凈，房間沒有異味，通風好隔音效果好，很安靜沒有噪音，設施到位價格便宜，性價比高預訂方便，準時留房也提前詢問入住情況，wifi網速很快，淋浴很舒服，很滿意的一次入住。

1.位置好：出門就是奧帆鐵橋頭，溜達着十多分鐘就是五四廣場； 2.服務好：連住了兩天，店裡給免費升級了房間，走的時候孩子不小心把床單弄濕了，客服樂着送我們出門，多餘的啥也沒説； 3.體驗好：一次性脱拖鞋穿着還挺舒服，除了礦泉水，屋裡特意放了嶗山飲料，訂了份外賣早餐在大廳吃，店員見了還給我們端幾杯熱水，貼心！ 4.別事兒多：店員原先是讓帶小朋友入住的，而且還備有小童拖鞋，説是因為店內裝修暗和容易磕碰，就不讓帶小孩兒住了。如果想帶孩子住，提前給店裡打電話溝通一下，承諾自個能照看好了，孩子摔了不額店裡，小孩兒能住，而且我看店員也都挺喜歡小朋友。 結論：性價比超高。
