Qingdao Haitian Hotel

Huge thanks to Grace for the warm welcome and for upgrading our room! The 270-degree view from the room was absolutely breathtaking – perfect for enjoying sunny days, stunning sunsets, and the beautiful 'blue hour'. The complimentary first-round mini-bar was so well-stocked, even I, who drinks a lot of water, couldn't finish it all. The large bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast at the ocean-view restaurant was also a treat, with both the food and the scenery being delightful. All the staff were very friendly and proactive. The bathrobes were also very comfortable. Overall, it was a truly worthwhile stay; you don't even need to leave the hotel to enjoy beautiful scenery. Some suggestions: 1. Room cleaning was a bit slow, making us wait quite a while before check-in (Grace did offer some comfort, which we appreciated). 2. The shower water temperature couldn't be adjusted very high. I'm not sure if it was because I didn't turn it hard enough or if the hotel set a maximum temperature to prevent scalding. However, as someone who gets cold easily, I'd prefer slightly hotter water. All in all, I highly recommend staying here!

What I loved most about the hotel was the service. The seafood restaurant they recommended was also excellent. It was convenient to get everywhere, and I really enjoyed the food, activities, and my stay. Overall, it was great. I'll definitely choose Haitien Hotel again if I visit next time.

Our stay at Qingdao Haitian Hotel was a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Being so close to the beach was a huge plus, especially for taking our child to play in the sand. What truly stood out was the service. Hotel Manager and Butler Golden were incredibly warm and thoughtful in their hospitality. They responded to our messages promptly and had such a humble attitude. Any requests we had were handled immediately, making us feel right at home. Fresh fruit was delivered to our room daily – the attention to detail was impeccable. Overall, our stay was wonderful. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Qingdao next time. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent. Eric added me on WeChat, so I could contact him anytime I needed something, which was a great experience. The stay was very comfortable, and we also got to experience the 369 Skyview of Shanghai. They even gifted us a nut cake, and the customer service was also very good; issues were resolved with just one phone call. The room view was fantastic, and breakfast was great too.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with easy access, directly across from the beach resort with beautiful scenery. The facilities are comprehensive and convenient to use, and the hygiene is spot-on. The butler service is thoughtful and meticulous. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Qingdao.

Thanks to housekeeper Lisa for the warm reception. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the 1988 all-day dining restaurant with its unbeatable sea view. The room offers a luxurious and comfortable sea view with complete and modern amenities. The location is superb, just across the street from the sea, perfect for a run. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Qingdao to consider Haitan Hotel.

The room was excellent, and I was very impressed with Owen's service! I lost my Oura ring, and Owen mailed it back to me right away. Overall, the service and breakfast were good, although it was quite crowded.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was for my proposal, and this time was for our third anniversary. The Qingdao Haitien Hotel offers a fantastic experience! The location is excellent, right by the sea, and a swimming beach is just 500 meters away. The room view is superb; you can enjoy the ocean from your bed. The hotel's overall service is attentive and meticulous, making you feel right at home. Concierge Lisa was also wonderful, warm and polite, patiently answering our travel questions, and handling everything efficiently and thoughtfully, which greatly enhanced our trip. I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Qingdao!
