服務差到了極點，沒有入住，到店一看，和圖片直接不符，前台告知沒有熱水，去找平台退款，平台説酒店不同意退款，酒店説直接找平台，最後沒入住，顯示入住！平台和酒店都未處理！目前正在持續投訴中
