手機沒電了，沒進去房間，還收我全費，商家態度惡劣，

體驗感不好，床不舒服，枕頭過高，牙刷質量太差，護膚用品瓶子見底也沒有補，衞生紙捨不得放，衞生間裏面的廁紙太薄，沒有到退房時間就催，微信各種發消息。
