1、衞生：房間地面臟；馬桶間有尿味；桌面有很容易擦的污漬，顯然是上個客人離開後完全沒清潔過。
2、隔音：走廊一側是玻璃隔斷，且每間房門都是必須用力關才能鎖上。所以早上 5、6 點開始關門聲像放鞭炮一樣。

民宿位置很好，離遊客中心不遠，陽台望出去的夕陽很美，左邊就是百歲宮纜車，右邊就是祗園寺，去哪裡都很方便，贊👍

房間乾淨整潔，設備和配置較新。早餐過於簡單需要改進，另外服務方面，當日達到景區大門後打電話給前台詢問酒店具體方位，於其他酒店不同的是，沒有迎接或者引導的態度，任由我們自行找到，三個女生看到酒店大門上去的台階太高，衹好電話請前台派人下來幫忙行李提到酒店大堂暫存，當日拜佛晚回也沒有關心過，晚上爬了一天山累得很，被安排的房間因房型緣故在四樓沒有電梯，但也沒有安排提行李送到房間的服務，更沒有作為當地人對客人進行一些有關景區的簡單有用的介紹和建議，服務上還需要升級

從路邊上去到酒店門口，沒有電梯，帶行李箱不太友好。酒店沒有電梯，住在三樓四樓不太方便。早餐簡單，管飽。出酒店左轉100米即到百歲宮纜車站。很棒！酒店房間隔音不好，不幸遇到醉鬼，吵吵鬧鬧到凌晨一點，酒店前台協調幾次，也沒什麼用。

一個人的朝聖之路，懷着對**九華山各種推流的猜忌，一個人在攜程訂下民宿。很幸運在酒店前台偶遇了青陽影帝劉青雲。
一個三十多歲，單身待嫁，躊躇滿志的男青年。
一個堅持鍛鍊每天步行一趟百歲宮的有志青年。
一個不但講解稿子背的熟，風土人情皆可娓娓道來的博學青年。
客棧便捷又衞生，房子佈置温馨且有腔調。三個前台小夥子人很有趣，餐廳阿姨混了三天飯菜也很不錯。坐在門口的大秋千上，看着花花草草，看着遠處的旃檀林，完成了攜程上十年來第三篇有點碎碎唸的點評。

地理位置絕佳，距離景區大門非常近。旁邊就是去百歲宮的索道，過個橋就是去天台的景區大巴站。離芙蓉街九華街都很近。老闆很熱情，有求必應，非常感謝老闆幫忙拿行李。樓下是老闆自家的餐廳，真的很不錯，菜燒得很好吃，量又大，蒜蓉龍蝦味道真的絕了。下次有機會來九華山，一定會再來。
