酒店，距離地藏菩薩銅像很近，可以走路。酒店早餐不錯，房間隔音效果一般，咖啡有點甜，酒店可以考慮提供送遊客回乘客中心，總之，總體還不錯。

這四分服務分，是給胡楠總的，如果不是胡總，感謝他在遇到問題後耐心及時解決，如果不是他我所有項目可能給1分。貴酒店是有人懂管理的，酒店的老闆你要尊重人才學會放權，讓有酒店管理能力的人去管理。
1.去年住酒店，8點用餐，可樂沒有了，提醒服務員，服務員説好的，我等到九點也沒上可樂。但是我還是給了好評。
2.今年來這裏住，依然是這個情況，早餐八點多，所有飲料還有一些甜點還有菜都沒有了，一點也不補。
3.最讓我無語的是，孩子倒温水吃葯，酒店的服務員，讓小朋友拿個小玻璃，告訴小朋友去開水房接。這是我最不能接受的，我想老闆看見這條訊息，你們的服務員，用小玻璃杯去開水房接滿水，能端得住嗎，更何況是小朋友。這個服務員是什麼心態，**嗎！更何況你們餐廳本來就有温水和開水，憑什麼讓一個小朋友去開水房接。
4.最後一天一早我們還沒起床，打掃衞生的阿姨，直接把門開了。
投訴後酒店的胡總出面做了所有改進和協調。麻煩老闆看到。
無論用誰，麻煩培訓好之後再上崗！貴酒店不是沒人懂管理，有非常專業的酒店管理人員，那老闆就要授權放權！
如果你們接團體客户，還要接散客，這是兩套不同的管理方式，你們可以分開管理。或者拒絕接散客，不要害顧客。

酒店位置很好正對着大願文化園，有事是家庭環境房推開窗户就是美景，仙氣滿滿
酒店在當地算規模比較大的星級標準酒店，衹是裝修有些時間了總體的設施配置及服務都還湊合，房間面積大、床品及衞生都還不錯。就是插座少、網速也一般
出門在外早餐很重要還算豐富吧

首先凱萊酒店的位置很有仙氣，面對大佛離景區很近不行即可，家裡有長者的很方便，景色宜人，酒店的建築也是蓮花型很美觀
