這次入住體驗感太差了，我們入住的是645元的家庭房，房間在三樓，就像閣樓，房間很矮，孩子進入衞生間要低頭，衞生間淋浴設計有問題，洗完澡衞生間地面全是水，穿一次性拖鞋很容易打滑。不能開空調，空調主機噪音太大，開空調根本無法入睡。孩子去要一瓶水被前台拒絕，説房間已經提供3瓶水。
