設施陳舊，洗面盆塞子打不開，花灑該出水的地方不出水，不該出水的地方冒噴泉，按了半天空調打不開，竟然連刮鬍刀都沒有，夏天了還用的是冬天的大厚被子。早餐菜品四種，衹有一個肉菜是肥豬肉 兩種稀飯是小米和小米，一句話沒有你選擇的餘地，物業保安非常厲害，不發煙、不低聲下四、不當孫子你就別想進出大門。

老兩口出遊，這是我們出來住的第四家，是在中途休息的，到的時候是中午，房間很熱，想換換空氣，因為，放間空氣不好，結果窗户打不開，那就開空調吧，按了好久，打開了空調，顯示屋內27度，開了有半個小時，温度沒下來，打電話給前台，過來看了，説是已通知打開🈳調了（這家店是中央空調），讓等會兒，還送了兩瓶康師傅礦泉水道歉，後來又有大堂經理和大堂副經理過來道歉，給送了果盤，給換了薄被。想給換房間，因為，就住一晚，不想來回折騰，沒換，空調在我開了一個多小時後，温度顯示，28度，後來就關了。個人感覺，這家店的老闆格局小了，如果，想省電，可以，把空調取消，要不改成獨立空調，另外，就不多説了，總之個人覺得不太好，淋雨水非常好，和馬桶是分開的，這個不錯，服務非常好，大堂經理和小張副經理、客房服務員，也是態度非常誠懇的道歉，兩個5分是給她們的。早餐不錯，就是太度不好，感覺我們像要飯的，不衞生，門口保安做登記的那位，摸完鼻子，然後去那裝食品的餐具。
