1.照片，因為設施、結構、衞生環境和宣傳圖片一致；2.乾淨；3.距離化城寺、月身寶殿，步行1刻鐘可到達。
美中不足：節假日不能開車上山。
建議：1.避開節假日開車上山，方便太多；2.旅遊線路和注意事項，一定要多聽聽老闆的意見，絕對有幫助。

房間很小，房間隔音非常非常非常差，樓道里麪半夜有酒鬼喊來哈喊去，反應了半天，老闆居然不管，居然不認為這是個事，吵到別的客人休息，民宿老闆袖手旁觀，還是第一次見，基本上一夜沒睡好。這麼差勁的服務和設施，不推薦。

老闆人熱情，大晚上來到九華山，人生地不熟的，老闆主動到車站接我們到賓館，讓我們很有安全感。賓館乾淨整潔，被子都是新的，乾淨柔軟，睡着很舒服。空調加熱效果很好，外面很冷房間內很温暖，讓我們都睡了個好覺。洗澡水熱舒服。主動介紹九華山風景，如何走是最佳方案，幫我們歸劃路徑。謝謝老闆！！？
