管家Jane小姐姐服務還是比較熱情的，訊息回覆的很快，辦理入住的時候也諒解的很清晰明瞭，很少遇見這麼貼心的管家了，點個贊。酒店的服務也還比較熱情，下次還跟朋友一起來玩

朋友推薦的酒店，這次五一假期又來住了一晚，兒子覺得好玩好住，又讓我續了一晚繼續住，我要特別表揚我的管家袁袁，提前給我們房間增加了小童的毛巾拖鞋，牙刷那些，在這裏住了兩天，酒店也有準備一些活動，有小童的手工DIY，還有棉花糖都是免費給顧客贈送，住了兩天都不覺得煩，還有乒乓球那些，滿意滿意，特別滿意，給我的管家安排100分好評，還可以帶寵物入住，推薦大家來

預訂瞻雲度假酒店一是因為去年入住體驗很棒，二是可以帶寵物入住，今年五一再次選擇入住瞻雲酒店，也讓我再次感受到了酒店的專業與熱情。酒店提供了專屬管家——Jane,她提前與我溝通了房子意向，並耐心解答了我所有的問題，入住期間的問題我及時幫我們解決，從入住的接待到日常的需求，她都細緻入微地關照，讓我感受到了家一般的温暖。她的專業和熱情讓我倍感親切，無比舒心。也再次讓我確信，選擇瞻雲度假酒店是我的最佳選擇。

不足之處：床墊太軟，對腰椎不友好，親子房空間不夠大，不但沒有usb 充電口，居然還是普通商務酒店的付費充電，對於一個度假酒店來説真的有點減分……
