房間有私湯，真温泉，有恆温泳池，小朋友超開心。

整體來説服務是很到位，特別是早餐阿姨怕涼了等我們起床用餐才去煮，阿姨的服務非常周到！
不過有幾點問題希望能改進：
1房間一進來是有股異味的，發現應該是廁所返湧出來的味道。
2房間的空調發出異響有點影響休息
3洗澡水是越洗越冷。

親子出行。服務可以，及時到位。設施檔次一般，娛樂較簡單，温泉，茶藝，日式裝修風格，周邊較單調。有簡單早餐，午餐晚餐要出去吃。
