第一次入住維也納市府店位於新城區，個人認為維也納酒店性價比是非常高的，附近有順盈廣場和眾多食肆、購物都比較便利，酒店服務人員005熱情，房間乾淨衞生、舒適、停車場大推薦入住

房間保養得不錯，衞生也很好。周邊夠安靜。離江濱公園2公里左右，散步可達。有獨立停車場，方便停車。早餐也可以。就是毛巾太舊，都毛邊了。

位於清遠市人民醫院旁邊，交通方便，環境也很好。對比周邊的維也納市府店很新，貼心的工作人員005給贈送了早餐並且升級了房間免費多次出入停車，停車場有劃線車位，這個非常好！總的來説好評！
