Due to the holiday season and full occupancy, our staff was very busy, and the air purifier was delivered to you 15 minutes late. You requested it be placed at the door, so we were unable to go inside to verify the smoke smell you mentioned. This room had been vacant for several days prior to this. Your booking requested a non-smoking room, and we carefully inspected the room before your check-in; we are unsure of the source of the smoke smell. Regarding late check-out, room availability is tight during holidays, and the front desk determines customer needs based on room bookings. We grant late check-out whenever possible, and the hotel policy on Ctrip states that check-out time is before 12:00 PM. We ask for your understanding. As for the laundry queue, many people are waiting to do laundry during the rafting season, creating a concentrated time slot.
