中午一點多到了酒店，前台小姐姐説給升級房間，是複式套房，衞生乾淨有歡迎水果和飲料，我本人是不太喜歡複式的覺得不方便，房裡有私湯，現在温泉淡季晚上公共池包場，開了十四個池也夠泡了，很乾凈服務人員也很熱情，特別感謝前台美金，可賢和婕婷的熱情服務！

房間設定很新很整潔滿意
廣東下雨好幾個月當天也不例外，但我們户外温泉的遮雨傘是沒有，其他房間都有。後來經過協調工作人員從其他地方調來了傘，但是因為大小不合適有一半還是沒擋住，邊下雨邊泡温泉，希望酒店設定有損壞的及時更新不要拖着。
全程工作人員服務響應態度還是不錯的，睡得也不錯
